It is refreshing to know that customer service still exists out there. I just had a 12 x 24 Roman end pool installed by the best pool company ever! Rick and his son Brandon and their crew did a PERFECT job for me. They are very detailed in the exceptional work done and they are also very good guys to work with. Rick has installed two in-ground pools for us...we chose wisely, as there is no one else we would trust with such an undertaking. We purchased a Vita Swim Spa a few months ago & are so happy we did!! If you want a pool AND a hot tub, there's no better option!! We now have a year round pool we can enjoy all 4 seasons!! We absolutely love it!! They worked with us on a tight time schedule, handled all the groundwork professionally & to perfection. Plus, Janet, Rick, Brooks, Brandon & the entire team is helpful & always willing to answer questions for us rookies!! Looking forward to being life - long customers!

I woud highly recommend Rick's Swimming Pools for hot tubs and supplies. I can't say enough how satisfied I am. I have been going for supplies the past 5 years and finally purchased a new hot tub. They respond to questions and service promptly when needed. Always very helpful. Heidi is the best, she has helped me tremendously. Very good service. Love my Hot Tub.

We had a 20x40 pool installed July-August 2020. A professional, friendly, and experienced crew, a family owned business and dedication to perfection. What else could you ask for? I wanted a company that takes responsibility for what they build. I heard through several friends Ricks Pools is the best. They weren't wrong. Unlike some other pool installers who only install the shell. Ricks does it all. I would refer Ricks to anyone and do it again. Thank you all at Ricks. Keep being friendly and helpful. Like many others on here, I can't say enough good things about Rick and his team. Our pool install hit a hiccup due to an honest mistake, and Rick really did make it up to us like he had promised. Every employee that I've worked with has been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. There is no doubt that customer service is a priority. I used Rick's for both seasonal pool-opening and bi-weekly maintenance services related to an above-ground pool at a property in Yarmouth, Maine. Tammy was my point of contact from the company. Overall, this is a competent and customer-service oriented outfit. Pricing was reasonable and the service level was excellent. I know NOTHING about maintaining a swimming pool and, therefore, appreciated how patient and consultative Tammy was in handling my case. FWIW, I also had a far superior experience with Rick's Swimming Pools than I did the year prior with Westbrook Pool (the latter had a take-it-our-leave-it approach to customer service). A+
