I don't really know what to say about Lance and his work ethic and customer support other than.you're a fool if you go somewhere else. I'm really picky about these things, and Lance went above and beyond. Something simple ended up being difficult and he handled it like a champ. I won't go anywhere else for any pool services I can't handle.

Lance heroically got my pump running again! Eventually had to unblock leaves I'd let build up in pipe before the housing with a high-pressure attachment. No one else could do it. Very professional and competitive price. He also retaped a joint during same visit. Kevin gave great tips by phone too. Really nice folks!

Very professional and quick service. My old pool light was original build (70s) so I thought ProTouch might run into issues, but they managed it perfectly. New LED pool light looks awesome, and I am looking forward to some night swimming. Thanks!

Kevin, the owner, is incredible. I recently started renting a place with a hot tub and I called in to have someone come down to teach me how to do maintenance on it. Instead Kevin took twenty minutes out of his day to walk me through the 101s of spa maintenance. Incredibly knowledgeable and honest and really seemed concerned with me making good decisions for my spa and for my wallet. I'll keep them in mind as long as I have this place!
