Premier Pools and Spas

Jeff at premier pools is the way to go - hands down. I don't care what other sales person has tainted a view of this company he is exactly what someone wanting to "customize" a pool is needing. we went to 4 "high end pool builders" who basically told me what I should do and what they liked. I do not want or care what you like better. isn't this a custom pool? Jeff came out and stayed until 930 and measured in the dark. he is the ONLY sales person that 100% listened and created something that blew me away.

I am so happy with the service I am receiving I could cry after the cocky attitudes I have received so far. he is honest, caring and doesn't hold back from any details so that later you won't feel like you were lied to. I am in sales and this person goes way above to treat the client like they are the most important thing in the world. I try to do the same.

This is not a must buy purchase. He clearly gets it. It's an emotional purchase and you shouldn't feel pushed into something you don't even like - especially when you budget specifically for your dream! he nailed the Rihanna song "only girl in the world" with me and my husband! Joke but act seriously - we matter and he worked so hard even on Father's Day to make sure we knew it. if you call premier and ask for Jeff your whole experience with premier or any pool builder will get on another level. Jeff- hats off to you because you are rare. Give him the chance you will be so much happier. thanks for caring so much. we are so happy to work with you.

Pool Install was delayed due to supplier shortages but well worth the wait. Pool install was good with no major issues, we had a water leak at the skimmer box which was resolved by PP&S. Pool Company did a good job of preventing damage to driveway and limiting as much yard repair as possible. Pool is beautiful and we love it, have been in it for 6 weeks as of this review, having the Salt Water and Heat Pump option were both great decisions. Communication with PP&S was good and the install and service crews have been awesome to work with.

I've used several pool companies for maintenance, and Premier is definitely the best in town. If there is a problem they will work on it until it's solved. Both of the other companies I've used have completely dropped the ball, even my pool builder, when anything went wrong.

I would recommend Premier Pools and Spas of Austin to anyone who is even considering a new swimming pool. It was very important to us to work with a company and individuals that we could trust with such a significant financial investment. We received quotes from 3 other pool companies including a well known pool company in the Austin area. I felt like I was being "sold" to from the two nationwide pool companies and the Austin based company was completely out of budget. Steve and Crystal Henderson were completely opposite from these experiences.

From the minute they walked in our house they were passionate, honest and took the time to understand what we wanted from our pool. They took into account our kids ages and how we expected to use the pool for the next 5-10 years. They also explained the technology behind the pool. I can confidently say that I feel we received the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in our pool.

I feel the price was fair and completely in line with the other quotes that I got. In fact, for the money, I believe we got a much better product than any of the other pool companies. I'm so glad we didn't choose another company based on stories others have told us about their experiences with pool companies that were unresponsive or cut corners with their work. Having a pool has been one of my dreams and I can't think of a better company to fulfill that dream.
