We've been having Aqua Blue Pools and Spas clean and service our pool now for about three years. The team is always very responsive to any issues or problems. Nick and the repair team are great! It's only been two weeks that we are with this company and my pool never looked this good. And I pay a lot less than what I was paying with a previous company but it was always cloudy and green. I definitely recommend them.

Going to write a review for this company before they even started servicing my pool. I called this company by mistake thinking they handled my warranty. Rather than ignore, they left me a detailed message explaining I had called the wrong company and even left me the phone number to call the correct company. I was considering looking for a company to service my pool and without being a customer, they already provided great service.

I called them back and explained my in floor cleaning system wasn't working and the warranty company couldn't make it for a few days. I am on a well so was concerned that my water was starting to turn green. Again, without being a customer they walked me through shutting off my cleaning system, asked me details about the chemicals, adjusted RPM on pool cycle and recommended I shock the pool.

I immediately hired this company! They will start servicing my pool on Tuesday. If they provide great service without me actually being a customer, I am looking forward to them taking care of me as a customer.

Update: After posting this review Hal was quick to reach out to me and work on resolving some of the issues we have had. Was really appreciated and admin issues aside for the service side of things has always been good. Had Aqua Blue for years and they were great when Hal was more involved. Sadly the girl that runs the office is rude and not to be to harsh but she is useless. Bills have been messed up and they have charged late fees when the fault was there's. Services not completed (pool drain).

When asked for a quote she did not realize we had been existing customers. In general experience has gone down hill and we will be looking at moving forward with a new pool company. Hopefully they get new admin staff or they may see others rethink using them.

We have been using this service for almost 2 years. Always timely with cleaning. Offer testing and yearly maintenance without leaving you feeling like you are being up charged. Offer GPS service to show the guy was there.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Knowledgeable employees, very prompt service, professional, and excellent results! My pool needed some work and Aqua Blue came out right away, found every issue and addressed it to me. Within a day they came out and got everything up and running better than it was! I've used Aqua Blue for my pool maintenance for about two years now. They are the best. My pool is always blue, clean and ready to use. I don't lift a finger to keep it this way because of Aqua Blue. They send me email notifications of their visits so I know when they stopped by. I also like their electronic payment option. Pool service is an extra monthly cost but I found their pricing fair and that it actually saves me money since I'm not spending extra money in chemicals trying to shock the pool all the time. Plus, we used our pool every day this past summer. I can't recommend this company enough.

Tara responded promptly to my request via Yelp, and booked the first time available. Hal arrived on time and diagnosed the problem in literally 5 minutes. Wonderful experience - highly recommended!

I've now been using Aqua Blue Pools and Spas weekly pool service for almost a year (shy a few months) and I have been very happy with their service. Jose, the pool tech assigned to my pool, has been awesome. He is here every scheduled appointment, checks in (GPS check in is neat!), does his thing, and off he goes! It's like magic honestly which is fantastic.

Our pool has been looking amazing ever since Hal and his team took over. Jose not only does an awesome job keeping my pool clean but he's been very helpful when ever I have a question or concern. I just simply meet him at the pool when he arrives and he greets me with a smile and is ready to answer questions! I can't thank Jose enough. All in all I'm very pleased with the service and company. I highly recommend them for not only one off needs but now also their weekly maintenance!

I am a current customer getting regular pool service from this company. I would appreciate it if the tech you send to my house for regular maintenance would, when he is complete, clean up after himself and shut the gate he entered through - it was clearly closed when he first came in. Leaving items on my property strewn around in a state that he did not find them in shows a lack of respect by a representative of your company, and the unclosed gate adds an element of disregard for safety and security.

One of the core components of a business such as yours is trust. I need to be able to trust that a complicated system is being taken care of by a competent, respectful technician. Seeing things seriously out of place and a disregard for my property tends to breach that trust.

I tried Aqua Blue for pool service. Very nice folks and very professional but unfortunately not a pool service I would recommend. They cleaned my pool twice. The first time the gentleman who came out spent all of 4-5 minutes at the pool sweeping, netting, and dropping in chlorine tabs (I watched him out of my kitchen window). When I went out to look at how clean the pool was I saw the debris that was missed.

I called the company and spoke with Nick. He apologized that the pool did not get vacuumed and said he would make sure that it gets vacuumed on the next visit. The next visit was today and unfortunately I received the same results; no vacuuming, debris and gravel left behind on the stairs and bottom of the pool. I let Nick know that this was not going to work for me and his response was "sorry we were not able to meet your needs for service".

My needs are just like anyone else with a pool. Hire a pool service to professionally clean your pool. That includes not leaving gravel and debris in the pool after you spend only a few minutes cleaning it. I get that time is money but you have to take the time necessary to do a good job. Sorry guys but you are going to need to do a better job. Please spend just a little more time at your pools to make sure the job is done right.

Talk about patience! We thought it was going to be a quick one hours session with company's Pool School, this turned out to be more than one hour, on three different occasions. We are new pool owners, Al and Nick rocked it. Al walked my husband through what we needed the first two rounds. On final 3rd round, both Al and Nick helped us understand how to care for our pool, run the WiFi box, and troubleshoot. We plan on caring for our pool ourselves, but I will not hesitate to call them back! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

The best thing they do it show up when they say they will! The pool always looks great after their visit. The only complaint is that they are a little messy with your equipment (net, pole, etc.) came home today net strewn about - cover for the system broken off.but other than that they are great!

The tile in my pool was breaking off and I was worried that it was going to cost me a fortune. A friend told me about Aqua Blue Pools and they were giving a discount to new customers. Hal came out and gave not only fixed the tile, but also cleaned my filter which has made a world of difference in my pool pump. I know nothing about pools but I'm glad to have an honest company who is affordable and has great customer service!

Our pool heater stopped working a month ago. I called multiple pool companies finally Hal at Aqua Blue Pools and Spas came out did the necessary diagnostic test gave a fair and reasonable estimate was able to schedule the repair the following day and now everything is up and running. I highly recommend this company. I'd give more stars I if it was possible

Great service, great staff. Really good working with them, they do really good job of explaining everything that's bring done in detail. Definitely recommend Aqua Blue. My pool was greet, and now it is clear and beautiful.

I requested a quote through yelp. Aqua blue got back to me within a few hours and got me scheduled for service for my spa problem right away. The service manager Nick came out and talked me through what he was checking and I just want to say he was great. No funny business even though I know nothing about pools or spa's. He gave me pricing for a long term solution but got my spa heating up before he left.

I really felt like he was interested in helping me and I am going to be changing my weekly pool service to these guys. I called my current company and they said what they always say. sorry we don't fix that call someo

Great company with professionalism. They do a great job on our pool every week. We do the weekly service all year and they've also helped us out with installing a new pool light and replacing the pop up heads on the floor of the pool. Would definitely recommend for weekly cleaning service or any project you have with your pool.

Fantastic service! Raul spends the extra time make make sure our spa and pool sparkles. Maintenance recommendations and follow through are also exceptionally good. I highly recommend Aqua Blue Pools and Spas.

These guys are amazing. I hired them before a vacation during monsoon season last year. I had been servicing my pool personally due to experiencing some really poor pool cleaning companies. I fully expected to return from vacation to a green pool. I've got a quite a few trees that drop an incredible amount of bean pods during the monsoon storms.

Upon my return the yard was trashed (I do my own landscaping) due to a a couple super intense monsoons. The pool, on the other hand, was crystal clear. They also service my pool equipment when needed. I also like the fact that you get an email to let you know a pool technician has been to your house.

Hal is by far the most reliable, dedicated person and pool service available. He goes above and beyond to exceed his customers expectations! Thanks Hal.

This is a great pool service in every way. Hal is very knowledgeable, explains the work, service & price that he will do and spends a lot of time with you. He is prompt to get back to you if you have any questions. I am very happy with Aqua Blue!
