Mike has our highest recommendation. I finally called Mike when it got to the point I could no longer enjoy looking at my swimming pool as every time I did my eyes couldn't help but fixate on that white line of mineral deposits at the water line. I agree with all the positive comments the other reviewers wrote about Mike. Reasonably priced, easy to work with, professional in every sense.

Mike is amazing. My pool looked the the Valdez Oil Spill. All of it happened in about 5 days. Could not get in touch with my pool guy of 10 years after leaving repeated messages. Called Mike and told him about my problem he came over the next day, on time, drained the pool and started acid washing. Then he cleaned the tile where it looks like jewelery. This pool is 17 years old and now looks like new. Great Job Mike. Professional, reasonably priced and prompt.

Mike restored my pool tiles and rocks to their original state. They look amazing! After years of failed attempts to clean them myself, I only wish I had called Mike sooner.

I contacted Superior to do a pool tile cleaning in Orange County for a customer of mine. I sent a picture to Mike and he sent me a price that I agreed on. Then we set a date that we both agreed on. That Monday, Mike texted me that he was stuck on another job and that he would have to push my job back to the next day, Tuesday at noon. I said ok and that I would see him Tuesday at noon. Noon Tuesday came and NO Mike!

I contacted him and asked if he was coming and that I made arrangements with my customer to keep the dogs inside and the gate open for his access. Tuesday came and went and NO contact from Mike or Leslie? So not only did he not show up, but he didn't contact me or text/call me to let me know what the problem was or why the no show! So i called all of their phone numbers and left messages and texted as well to his and her cell numbers and nobody got back to me.

What kind of business does that to their customer? No show to do the work and no communication? At least shoot me a text and let me know you can't make it and why. That would take about 25 seconds. I think as a customer i deserve at least that! And my customer was also disappointed at the delay and no notice or reason given. This experience with Superior Pool Tile Cleaning is no doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I've been around a while.

There really is no excuse for this type of terrible customer service! I will definitely NOT use or recommend this company for any work going forward and will share this experience with other pool guys in Orange County. Pathetic.
