Sal and his team did a great job with installing my new pool liner in my above ground pool. They came in the morning and before lunch we had the hose in the pool filling it up. Since then they come every spring to open my pool and every fall they come and close my pool to winterize it. This company is fair in its pricing and they care about your pool. I have already recommended Sal and his team to my whole family and friends. Thanks SPS Pool Services!

I had my pool liner replaced. The guys were friendly, initially Sal did not arrive with the rest of the crew but his father was there. After the completion and everyone was gone I notice a cut in my volley ball net that was up. I contacted Sal, because he doesn't provide you with an invoice once completed. He request that I text him with my email address.
I asked him if someone accidentally cut the net. Next thing I'm calling his father who was a cop a liar. I had an obstacle course in my backyard? There were 3 ways they could have gotten to the pool, obviously they chose to go under the net instead of around. Advised I had before and after pictures showing the damage. Sal's response so do we! I don't see the damage or maybe I can see something.
We can work something out during my pool closing. Do you really think I want you back at my house, seriously? I had the work done 5/24/16, he ran to the bank the next day and cashed my check, but I'm still waiting on my invoice as of 5/31/16. I called him again and asked for my paid invoice for the 3rd time. I was pleased with the work, but when someone is running a business you should be more professional when you have someone inquiring about damage to their property.
Not making excuses or say you're calling people a liar. You know the saying 1 bad experience you tell 20 people, 1 good experience you tell 1 or 2 people. I'm glad you have a Facebook page because I'm headed there next.
