A few issues in the end but the owner graciously came out and took care of all AND more. The reviews are spot on. They are on time, professional and truly do take care of their customers. In today's world... I was truly surprised. Thank you Mr. Ross!!

Athletes come in many forms...the team that did this in 2 days under the blazing hot sun are an elite group. The attention to detail and intricate tile cuts are very impressive. Huge respect! Thank you Justin and Milton for an amazing job!

We received an estimate for the complete renovation of our swimming pool with the installation of travertine pavers for the decking as well as the front walk and a screen room added. The estimate was several thousand dollars less than other estimates that had fewer upgrades. We dealt directly with the owner. He promised that all the work would be done in a week.

As skeptical as we were having experienced south Florida contractors and their "schedules", we signed a contract. Part of the decking was raised 12 inches, a 6 foot water feature was added, the return was moved, the surface of the pool was Diamond Brited and a new LED pool light was installed. Seven days later the pool was finished and we couldn't be happier with the results! The owner is a man of his word and insists that if anything comes up, let him know and he'll take care of it. We trust him to do as he promises.

Ross Services and Justin Schmidt did an amazing job with the remodeling and resurfacing of the pool and pool deck. Ross Services installed a new travertine deck, resurfaced pool, built a tanning deck and bubbler, repaired screen enclosure. They did an awesome job. Eric was great from start to finish. They completed a big job in record setting time without sacrificing quality. Eric was always available and his response to questions/concerns/changes was instantaneous. Definately already recommended to family and friends. I will use Ross Services again!

Ross services is a spectacular pool company represented by David who works with respect for the desired results of the customer. I dreaded the thought of having our pool resurfaced but it was long overdue. Had several companies give estimates which refused to do what I requested and pushed items I did not want. David listened to my requests, patiently explaining what the team could do.

He made several suggestions such as using white cement to fill in where fiber optic tubing had been and going with the sky blue Florida gem instead of darker color all to highlight the blue tile. His team did fantastic work diligently saving the beautiful blue tile on the steps. Each day the crew cleaned up the area after they had finished. After less than a week the pool was completed looking as good as new.

And yes the blue tile pops with David's suggestions. Could not be happier with their work and the results. All was very professional, helpful keeping us on budget and aimed to make us happy with the result. I highly recommend Ross Services and David for your pool resurfacing and equipment.

Highly recommend Ross Services & Eric! We had our pool completely redone and our deck extended with Diana Royal Marble. We did a lot of research before choosing Ross Services and are so happy we went with them. Eric is the best! He explained the process thoroughly and we never felt rushed or pressured. Prior to picking a company to put travertine on my patio and make over my pool, I received estimates from 4 companies. Ross Services was the company I went with. Once I decided to go with them, I was assigned a project manager, Eric Janoff. Remember that name. Eric is the BEST! He ensured that everything went like clock work. Eric and his team, went over and beyond what I paid for.

I was just finishing my bathroom and that was a nightmare. So, to be able to lay back and watch everything come into play before my eyes, was amazing. Since I purchased my home, I've been in the pool only once. It just wasn't appealing to me. Well let me tell you, my patio and pool makes me feel like I am in the tropic. He gave us a reasonable price for the work and everything was completely in a very timely manner. We had been looking into renovating our Pool Deck and resurfacing our Pool for quite a while and after much trepidation (due to the horror stories we had read about pool construction companies) we decided to go with Ross Services after he was recommended to my son for a job at his home. We met with Greg Ross the owner of the company (after meeting with a few other folks) and we decided to go with his company. as the pictures of his past projects looked good and his estimate was reasonable too.

We decided to go with the Travertine Tile for the deck and the Azure Blue for the interior of the pool. We went to the warehouse that Greg works with and selected our tile. After that Greg and his posse took over and I must say I was surprised by their promptness and efficiency on getting the job done. YES they were done in exactly 1 week! Greg was there to answer all our concerns and questions and was an absolute gentleman, always prompt and polite.

The finished product looked Amazing! Fellow YELPERS if you are looking at any pool renovations or even installing a new one I have no hesitation in highly recommending Greg and his company Ross Services to you!

Ross is simply amazing! If you are thinking about renovating your pool this is the company to use. We had been watching the jobs Ross completed on their web site and couldn't believe how fast they were able to renovate a pool and deck. We almost didn't believe it until we saw it happen with our own pool within 4 days of work (10 days from the time they started due to rain delays). Eric and his team literally transformed our yard and we are so glad we hired them to do the job.

We chose the brown walnut travertine with French pattern and vanishing edge coping then the azure pool surface. They had the material ready to go, dropped off and started with the demolition within a week, which is hard to believe given all the material shortages and supply chain issues right now. We cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with the team that did the demolition and installed the travertine.

These guys worked non-stop from the time they arrived before 8 am until after 5 pm in 90 degree heat both days. They were absolute perfectionists which we appreciate since you rarely see that kind of pride in workmanship. Eric was at our house every day they were working to check on the job and make sure everything was going smooth. He threw in a few freebies that would have taken us a lot of time and labor to remove.

He even replaced some sod that was burned out from equipment and supplies sitting on it for a few days. The pool finish team was the only delay due to weather and outstanding jobs but they knocked it out in a day once they were able. You cannot go wrong with this company, especially with Eric coordinating everything. He wants the job to be perfect too!

They are punctual, professional, complete the job with no surprises and make things right no matter what happens. We have heard of so many horror stories of pool remodels lately and people are shocked we were able to get this done so quickly with very high quality finishes. The warranty team already came out to fix a few damaged coping and level some areas out so it's reassuring to know they will be there for 3 years. If you have any doubts about hiring them for your job we hope we put some of that to rest. Make sure to get the multi-color LED light too!

We had our entire pool redone. Re-paved (with country classic travertine), and resurfaced (glass tile, azure blue pool finish) Greg and his team were such a pleasure. The longest process was waiting for the permit as SOON as the permit was approved, they were out here the NEXT day! Wednesday, August 25th they began, Monday, August 30th they were FINISHED. Blew us away. So thankful. Incredibly professional, personable, great at communication - fairly priced. Would recommend HIGHLY.

I'm so impressed with the quality they delivered! I needed to resurface my pool. After a lot of research and quotes, I decided to go with Ross Service. Great choice! They are competitive in price and so professional. Greg came out and talk me through the pricing, process, and choices. He was attentive and a joy to work with. My pool resurfacing turned out gorgeous!

I went with the Azure blue. It really pops! Everyone that comes over comments on the beauty of my pool. Definitely recommend them! (PS just look at the color of the new resurfacing and ignore the deck around the pool.that's my next project)

Ross Services went beyond my expectations. I'll start off by telling you that Justin Schmidt was our sales person / general contractor lead. He was great. Knowledgeable, Responsive and caring. He worked with our timeframes and he did not make promises that he could not fulfil. Our project entailed travertine tiles for my pool patio, a pool remodel / resurface and brick pavers for my driveway and two walkways.

I chose Ross because they were one of the few companies where we could deal with one person for the complete job (which included the removal and then re-installation of accordion hurricane shutters across 6 sliding glass doors). When speaking with Justin, he told us that the two jobs would each take a week. We laughed---- but he was right. The pool and patio were done by a series of specialized swat teams.

A different team to: Remove Shutters Empty Pool Lay Travertine Re-tile pool Install New Lights Resurface Pool Re-install Shutters For a 1,200 sq. foot patio, this was all done in a week. Justin came by each day to ensure all was going according to plan. And after the job was done, the last swat team member comes back to do the punch list items. This was Luis who replaced a few tiles we did not like, adjusted our spa waterfall and fixed a sprinkler line that was damaged during the install.

It all came out beautiful. Due to supply issues, we had to wait until a month later to have the driveway pavers done. There again - One swat team to demo and pick up the old driveway then the second team to lay the pavers. This was completed over two days of work! And then again --- here came Luis to complete the few punch list items. I will tell you that they were not the cheapest bid we received.

But we wanted one stop shopping for the two jobs and Ross Services and Justin provided that. Justin's suggestions for remodeling as well as tile colors were spot on. My wife and I are not easy to please, but Justin worked to make everything we asked for to happen. I recommend Ross Services highly.

I did a lot of research and met with at least 5 pool companies for a pool resurface, retile and travertine decking. I wasn't just looking for the best price but also looking for the best customer service and follow up. I got all that and more from Greg at Ross services. Our pool was done so beautiful and the travertine tile is gorgeous. They also. rescreened the bottom part of our cage.

Everything was done to perfection and Greg followed up with us every single day of the process. It is absolutely true that they are able to complete the work in a weeks time with excellent follow up and true craftsmanship. Stop looking, they are the company! Thank you Ross Services!

Absolutely awesome company. Usually when you start a home improvement project, you prepare yourself for varying amounts of pain and frustration, but this was not the case with Ross Services. From the start, they were punctual, professional, and accommodating. Their crew works incredibly hard and the workmanship is top-notch. Garret came out to give the initial estimate and was our point of contact throughout the process; we decided to have our pool deck redone with travertine stone and the pool refinished, including new tiles.

As I recall, Garret came out to inspect the work each day that the workers were here. Despite some unavoidable delays due to rain, Ross Services finished the job in the specified time frame, and we are extremely happy with the results. Garret was even accommodating with a few extra requests that I made. I don't know if I could have found a lower price by shopping around more, but honestly I wouldn't do it.

You get what you pay for, and Ross Services has truly impressed me as a company. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again, and in fact I plan to when we redo our driveway.

If you are looking to remodel you pool this is your to go place. Sal went above and beyond meeting us at whatever time we needed, answering a LOT pf questions and offering as amazing service. After seeing the beautiful patio they put in for our next-door neighbor, we contracted Ross Services to replace our old wood deck with a travertine tile patio. They did a beautiful job! The guys on their crew really get it done--working practically nonstop from early morning till almost dusk. The entire job--from the day we contracted with Ross until the last tile was laid down--took longer than we initially expected.

This was because it took 3 months for the city to approve our permit. Joel, our contact person at Ross, had warned us that the permit process typically moves at a snail's pace, but it was even slower than we had prepared ourselves for. Once we had our permit though, the crew started the job the very next day. Another delay was waiting on the 2 inspections we needed at certain points during the process (The contractor's crew can't move forward to the next step in the construction until the inspector has approved the work done so far).

Some of that delay was likely due to the COVID 19 pandemic, so we took it in stride. Our primary method of communication with Joel was through texts, and he always responded when we had questions or wanted an update on the inspection situation etc. I thought it a nice touch that he personally came out and met with the inspector during the second inspection. His crew cleaned up and hauled off all debris also, so there wasn't a single thing we had to clean up afterwards, and now we are enjoying our beautiful new patio!

I cannot say enough great things about this company! We remodeled our pool and in less time than he told us! Took 7-8 days for completion! Unheard of! They changed out the pool skimmer, took up and relaid pavers that were settling terribly throughout my house, and then pressure washed and resealed all of the pavers.
