We are absolutely THRILLED with Zain and his crew! They did such an amazing job. Our pool is rather large and was in terrible shape. The fiberglass finish was coming off and in dire need of updating. The entire pool needed to be refinished & retiled. Once we chose the new finish and tiles, Zain and his crew got to work right a way. He was great at keeping us up to date on their progress including sending pictures and text messages. His crew was VERY fast and efficient and did excellent work. I HIGHLY recommend Zain and his company if you need any pool work done. We couldn't be happier.

Zain and his team are very responsive and professional. Phil came out with samples and took measurements at first, he is quite knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the products. We love our new pool!!! We decided to get the pebble finish for the lifetime warranty since we were in our home 25 years and we have resurfaced a few times. The tile choices were hard to choose from but we ended up going with a glass mosaic and everyone of Zain's team commented on how nice the tile was which made us feel great.

They even offered ideas to add a few of the tiles on the steps which I did not think of but am so glad they brought this up. Zain responds to each text within seconds, he was extremely accommodating, on time and the work was superb! We are very happy and would highly recommend The Pool Specialist!

Zain and Phil with The Pool Specialist were very professional, insightful and helpful throughout the entire process. We completely remodeled our entire backyard and had to work with several contractors for multiple projects and Zain was able to accommodate all of our needs with the hectic scheduling of 5 different companies for various work that was being done, from a new fence to pavers to irrigation and so on.

We have an older pool and with that come a lot of questions throughout the process as I am not pool expert. Zain accommodated my multiple inquiries and gave me great advice on what to choose with no agenda for the plaster material to types of tile and even the best pool light to get for the value. Before we chose The Pool Specialist, we had conducted quotes with 3 other pool companies, Zain and team far exceeded the others from day one - punctual, professional and responsive.

Some of the other well know pool companies took weeks to get back to me and didn't even respond to my calls when I had questions about the quotes to proceed, I am so glad I did not choose the other companies. We are so happy we went with The Pool Specialist as our pool looks amazing and you can TRUST that the work will get done when they say it will.

No worries about crews actually showing up. They were very competitive in pricing and showed the cost for everything, no hidden up charges that came from nowhere. Zain was also able to lend advice on how to handle a couple of aspects of the job for us to save money as we unexpectedly had to move and install a new pump/filter for our pool. I would definitely recommend The Pool Specialist to anyone.

When we moved to Jensen Beach we had finally decided to get a pool and it has a pleasurable experience up until we had issues with the system. After countless calls to the manufacture to resolve the issue we had to call a company to make the repairs, we are new to the area. The Pool Specialist is a very professional courteous and most of all "on time" local company! Zain was in constant contact and kept me up to date throughout the hole process. They are experts in all facets of the pool and spa industry! This is the second pool they have done for me and I will not go anywhere else!

The Pool Specialist did a wonderful job on refurbishing our pool. Our original pool was 15 years old and showing its age. The task included replacing the tile, refinishing the surface, and new hardware. The transformation is fantastic. Phil was very helpful in selecting tile and surface color for a dramatic effect. Zain and his crews were very efficient, respectful, and courteous in completing the work.

We trusted their judgement and work - being out of town for two of the weeks when a portion of the work was completed. They definitely fulfilled the promise of a remarkable looking asset to our home.

From the moment I made my first phone call for an estimate, Phil was amazing. He always made himself available for any questions I had, day or night. He showed up when he said he would, provided samples of finishes, provided the estimate in a timely manner and everything went as scheduled. Started work on a Monday and was completely finished by Friday. I have dealt with many contractors in the past couple of years and this service was the best by far. If anyone asks about pool work, this is the guy whose number I provide.

I am very satisfied with my pool after having it resurfaced by The Pool Specialist. My pool was in total disrepair and badly in need of renovation. The Pool Specialist revitalized it and made it beautiful again. Though it took far longer than we initially agreed it would to complete the job and I wish they communicated more frequently when there were scheduling conflicts due to their heavy workload, I am happy with the end result of my pool. When the pool was completed and I had questions about taking care of its new surface I was able to get them to come out and give me assistance when I needed.

Our pool was resurfaced. The materials and install were of high quality, and the pool looks new! I am particularly impressed by Francisco Garcia, who was responsive, easy to talk with, and gave good insights on next steps, plus how to maintain the pool now. Mariel, Francisco, Vicky and all involved are honest and run a great business. In these difficult times we are living in is a blessing to find people like the above. Had our pool resufaced, some pavers were placed and had the pool deck painted. The results were great! Yes, there were delays. What counts in the end is the finished product. I would recommend them. If I had any issues they would resolved them without any problems. Thanking you guys for a great experience.

I had The Pool Specialist resurface and re-tile my pool recently, I am very pleased with the work that they did and the end result! There were a couple of delays throughout the job but unfortunately in the times that we're living in that is to be expected sometimes, other than that they made sure that I was taken care of in the end and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you to Vicki at the office for being very responsive to my many phone calls.

If I Could I would give them 4 & a Half Stars! I Highly recommend this company for a good remodel. I dealt mainly with one of their agents Francisco. He was friendly, knowledgable and completely present during the entire process. He always answered my texts, phone calls within a day or so and answered my millions of questions. It was a bit pricy but they beat out 3 other estimates I had for my remodel and gave me the best deal they could.

I required additional steps such as sandblasting along with my tile removal, new glass tile install, base compound, new plaster and new jets installed. The office, a woman named Vicki, always returned my phone calls to answer my questions in a timely manner and had such great customer service. From the original in studio consultation to picking all my new materials and finishes to planning my remodel months ahead of schedule, I highly recommend them.

I had a very positive experience except for the sandblasting company (3rd party) removed and left all my new furniture outside of my screened patio on the side of the house unattended all day after they left. I don't have a fence and was at work all day so anyone could have come along and taken all of my belongs and furniture. Note I did express my concern with the office so hopefully this won't happen to anyone else.

Sometimes work was happening without my knowledge or a heads up as I requested but that was only so I could unlock the screen doors before I left for Work. Last thing was how happy I was with the customer service. Even After the refill with water my pool light wasn't working and they sent someone over to fix it for me. I again would highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.

We are delighted with the finished result of our recent pool renovation by the Pool Specialist! We had Belgard pavers (shade: Titanium) and coping installed on top of the beige-painted cool decking that we inherited from the previous homeowners. The transformation is incredible! We also had the Pool Specialist replace the old, outdated, dolphin/turtle tiles with gorgeous, glass tiles in shades of blue & gray. Finally, the pool was resurfaced with Sun Stone Pearl Ice in a lovely blue shade called "St Lucia Ice." We initially dealt with the Field Representative, Tristin, who is friendly, professional & knowledgeable.

Once the project began, we mainly dealt w/ Vickie from the home office. Vickie is a true gem! She is patient, kind and always found out the answers to our many questions. We contacted 4 pool contractors to get a quote for resurfacing our pool and the pool specialist was obviously the most professional of all. Sadly, contractors are known to have bad communication and massive delays as they handle multiple projects at the same time. However, the Pool specialist is one of the best contractors in the market considering that my project was completed within the promised timeline and the result was great.

You need to be on top of them if you need the work done quickly, however Phil has been very responsive and helpful. Definitely reach out to him if you have any concerns as he is professional and responds quickly.

The Pool Specialist gets a 10 out of 10 in our experience with them resurfacing and re-tiling the pool at our vacation rental. We just resurfaced and added new tile to the pool at our short term rental at Windsor Hills Resort. Zain, Francisco and their crew were fantastic to deal with as was their office staff. Five stars for our experience with The Pool Specialist, they did a complete renovation of our pool and deck area. Zain was a great to work with and listened to our idea of what we want and then designed a scope of work that met our needs. Construction of the pool was on time, and the crew respectful of our property. The pool and deck looked completely different after completion and we get many compliments about the pool from the people that live and visit our property.
