Precision Pool and Spa

Dave and his crew are absolutely fantastic; I'm a project manager for a Rochester based real-estate development company, I deal with contractors all the time. When my boss tasked me with the job of building his family a swimming pool at his house on Canandaigua Lake, I was concerned!!! After interviewing all the usual suspects I settled on Precision.

The "Precision Team" preformed beyond all expectations they are extremely accommodating, on time and on budget along with being conscientious of the neighbors and the pristine and delicate surroundings. In short Precision is amazing!!!

I started with a small space that was less than desirable in a rural setting. not long after, Dave and his team crafted a space that leave many speechless .. while every project has hiccups and real life issues to deal with, it amazed me to watch these guys handle, and solve so many curveballs. Not only was my project handled in a timely, but yet a professional manor.

It was also handled in some of the worst weather including 20" of snow on gunite day! So thank you for the amazing space, custom craftsmanship, and a new found love of the word home..

Wow, where to start. My wife called Dave because our neighbors were using him to re-plaster their pool, I know they were happy despite Nathan Glasgow comments. Immediately upon meeting Dave, I knew he was a straight shooter, we had already sent them pictures of what we were looking for so he knew what we wanted. He sat with us, explained the whole process and started to design our pool on a laptop.

He left me feeling in such good hands I didn't bother getting another quote, because if I was going to have a pool, it was going to built by Dave Cox. Few days later he came back with a 3d rendering and pricing and hit a home run, we signed up. He said it was first come first serve and I respected that, put my deposit down and waited patiently till it was my turn.

His pay structure was absolutely spot on as well. It took six weeks and a ton of work by a whole team of respectful, dedicated guys. Dave was in contact with me the whole time, and on gunite day he's down in the pool spraying the gunite, that's what type of guy he is. I now have the most amazing pool I've ever seen,,,, and a new best friend. That's saying something in my world.

Precision Pool just completed our family's dream pool and spa. It has been a pleasure working with Dave and his team throughout the entire process. Dave's artistic vision is amazing and he personally ensures that his high standards of quality are met from beginning to end. If anything isn't right, he fixes it. He even showed up on a Saturday to make sure everything was running smoothly for our daughter's 4th birthday party! Precision has really turned around my pool experience. We bought our home in march and I whole heartedly was upset it had a pool but the wife loved the home so we bought it. All my concerns turned out to be true when everything that could go wrong, did. We were grandfathered in with another company (I won't name them out of respect) that handled the pool for the previous owners.

That company genuinely didn't seem to care and didn't make us aware of issues, didn't communicate with us, etc. I was genuinely researching filling in the pool and being done with it. My wife convinced me to give another company a try and Precision was able to fit us in. From the very beginning they have been amazing. They will come multiple times a week to make sure the pool is perfect, that the machinery is function properly, let me know if I need to add some water to the pool. so to speak frankly, they do it all.

I genuinely love having the pool now and having one has become a luxury instead of a burden. I know they are pretty full clientele wise and were barely able to squeeze us in but if they have an opening you will kick yourself for not jumping on their list. 10/10 would recommend

Thanks to precision we're unfortunately wrapping up the best summer at our home of 10 years... The building process seems complex, however the owner Dave is awesome and completely explains all the whys along with the choices you have to make it your own....

Also calls out of the blue to see how your doing randomly even after work is done and paid for... Best bonus... any chemical questions Danielle has the answer... also if you describe your water issue she immediately rattles off her suggestion, and her over the phone suggestion has always worked for us!!! After doing a lot of research I decided that gunite was the type of pool that would meet my wants for a pool. I checked around online and saw that Precision had good ratings so I reached out. I met with Dave and we discussed my "wants list". Shortly after that he came up with a design for me that I love! We decided to move forward. We had a deadline too, and it was going to be tight. Well, despite 2017 being the year of the great flood here in Rochester, Dave and his team were able to pull it off.

I was very interested in the progress of the project and Dave and his team were always very helpful answering all my questions and adapting to some of my on the fly changes. The quality of the work is amazing. I still can't believe he was able to envision my wants into such an amazing pool. I am very happy. Dave and Danielle, and the whole Precision team have been awesome to work with! Thanks!
