Mark Irby of Concrete Atlanta redid my concrete pool deck and did a nice job. He recommended Tom Gomes of Paradise Pool Services to redo my pool liner, add some steps, level a corner,and add a salt water system. Tom provided us a quote of $13,750 and required half of the quote at the onset of the project. He did come out with some leveling equipment, and began installing cinder block steps. He then disappeared for two months, and did not respond to texts or phone calls. Tom Gomes has been booked and jailed for Theft by Taking in Dawson and Cobb Counties in 2024, and Theft by Conversion in Hall and Gwinnett Counties in 2022. His business address is a UPS store in Lawrenceville but he does not live there. He told me that he lives in Cumming but records show a PO Box in Cleveland.

Tom has not returned any phone calls or messages in nearly two months. We paid him a $3500 deposit to order a liner and saltwater system and he has vanished. His company address also isn’t even valid. He is not associated with Swim Atlanta which is the address listed on the website. We will be taking this up with our credit card company.

You have all heard of Tim the tool man Tailor, well I want you to know about Tom the pool guy. He was awesome! Stuck to the price he quoted, and delivered the liner faster than we anticipated. He did a great job. Out pool looks like a million buck, how can i say it, he made our back yard look great again! Thanks Tom!

I am looking at my sparkling new liner while enjoying my efficient new salt generator and appreciating the fact that Tom did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, in the manner he said he would do it. Called Tom on a Friday afternoon, he came out that Saturday morning and gave us a fair price, we signed a contract with him that morning with other pool company's coming to give us a price the next week, I just knew he was the one I wanted to do my liner replacement & new safety cover. He came out the next week and measured for the liner & cover, placed our order and the following week came out and replaced the liner just like he said he would.
Tom did a great job and our pool liner is beautiful, I highly recommend Paradise Pools for any of your pool needs. And I did get another price for my pool liner & cover and it was nearly 2 times the price(couple of thousand $ more) Thanks Paradise Pools best pool service around!!!

We've been doing a major swimming pool renovation the last few months. Tom and Paradise Pool Services helped to make the project a massive success. They repaired several lights, the salt water pump, and then did repairs to the actual swimming pool. Then most of all, they installed an incredible looking pool liner which made the entire project look amazing! I was impressed with Tom's overall knowledge of everything related to swimming pools. Paradise Pool Services has my business from now on. Highly recommended!

I got a custom shaped pool cover and a salt water system installed. I am extremely happy with the result, customer service, and price. I got everything installed in one day and its all very professional looking and has kept dirt and debris out of my pool all winter. I will definitely be a return customer. If I could give no stars, I would. In March of 2021 I signed a contract with Paradise Pools to install a new liner in my pool. Owner - Toe Gomes is very professional and I'm sure has been in the business for many years. I trusted him and gave him a deposit of almost $3K and have not heard from him since June. It is now December 2021. I am doing all I can to get my money back however he will not return my calls, texts, or email. I've had to hire an attorney. Beware when dealing with him and this company. It's a sham.

Tom Gromes is the owner of Paradise Pools and is apparently in serious financial trouble. He installed the wrong liner in my pool. The correct liner was made by Latham Pools along with a credit of $500.00 and Tom took the liner and the credit that was to come to me and ran. He has blocked my text messages and will not take my calls. His voicemail is full and will not take any messages. I paid Tom over $3000.00 and he took the money and ran.

We have been waiting since March for Leslie's Pool to replace our pool light. Paradise Pools/Thomas Gomes was able to obtain and install a new pool light for us in less than a week. Kept us informed of timeline, arrived on time, performed the replacement professionally, and left no trace of having been here, at half the price Leslie's had quoted for the same job.

I am highly recommending Mr. Tom Gomes for your swimming pool services. He is an experienced guy and nice to work with. He had installed the pool linear and others for my swimming pool. He did an excellent and very detailed work with reasonable price. Compared with other pool service guys, Tom is the best. I really trust him and definitely will let him to do my pool services from now on.

I hired this company, to replace the liner bed, and liner in my pool. I received excellent service, and Honest fair pricing. Better than I expected. Based on previous experiences, with many other pool contractors. The replacement liner, is better than the original. It looks great, and is high quality, with a warranty. The liner is perfectly installed.
The contractor was highly trained, very courteous, and very knowledgeable, of the pool operations. I feel comfortable to recommend this company. I definitely will be calling them, for my future pool repair needs. They did such a great job. It will be a while, before I need to call them again.

Tom Gomes was very easy and informative to work with. I had Paradise Pools replace the liner in my pool October 2018. From start to finish Tom provided good communication and the work was completed on schedule just as outlined. The new liner fits perfectly, the stability of my light was corrected and a minor plumbing issue solved as well. Completely satisfied with the work and the new liner.
