We needed a pump replaced in our waterfall and Shaun responded to our needs immediately. He was courteous and professional. Price was reasonable as well. They replaced the pump which was underground and we are again enjoying our waterfall. I would recommend Shaun and Custom Watershapes to anyone who needs service of fountains as well as pool needs.

I've had the pleasure of working directly with John, the owner of Custom Watershapes and not only is he a stand up individual but he manages his company professionally, is very knowledgeable and produces quality work at a competitive price. He's also focused on continuing to learn from the brightest minds in the industry from all over the nation by attending the Genesis educational courses and expanding his craft and network so he can provide the best product/service possible. This Pool company and its employees are fair, thorough, and conscientious and, frankly, give me a feeling of security. They are constantly updating me, if there are any problems or issues. Custom Watershapes is a very reputable company. We built a pool w them and Shaun was always available and explained every step of the project. The final result was an amazing pool w waterfall. The pool was built a year ago and if I need Shaun for any questions he still calls me within an hour. The service we received is amazing and that's the most important part to us. GREAT EXPERIENCE. We shopped around for pool companies and after meeting with three other companies I decided to meet with one more company - Custom Watershapes. From the moment I met Shaun I knew Custom Wastershapes was the right choice. They came in at the most reasonable price and I was able to get an outdoor bar and pool for the price of what other companies were charging for just the pool. Shaun and his team exceeded our expectations and whenever there is an issue Shaun is quick to respond and address. I have recommended their services to others and will continue to do so.

Highly recommend! My husband and I had talked about putting in a pool in our backyard for some time. Over the years we spoke with many companies, but it wasn't until we met with Shaun from Custom Watershapes that we decided to finally move forward with this project. Earlier in the year, Custom Watershapes had completed 2 pools in our neighborhood, both of which turned out beautifully.
When we first met with Shaun, he gave us great ideas as he sketched out the layout of our pool and deck. He then transferred the sketch to a computer program that allowed us to see exactly what our end project would look like. This part of the process was very important to me as it allowed us to see exactly what our backyard would look like at the end of the project.
Throughout the process, Shaun and his team were very professional, kind and always available to answer questions. We were kept informed on every step of the way. The project ran smoothly from beginning to end and before we knew it our pool was completed! We LOVE our pool/pool area and are so very happy with this important upgrade to our home. Custom Watershapes is the way to go!

Simply amazing! No other way to describe the entire experience with Custom Watershapes. John and Shaun were amazing. From the initial call, to the design, to construction, during construction, to explaining how to work the equipment, regular maintenance, and closing out the permit, and there were there for me the entire time. They were available each and every time I called, and I know I called a lot.
My pool came out amazing, better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Custom Watershapes. I never write reviews, however this is one time where the company far exceeded my expectations and I felt it was necessary with such a huge investment.

When we decided to hire a pool company, everyone warned us that pool companies were notoriously slow and non responsive. Custom Watershapes proved them all wrong. Shaun and his crew were simply amazing. He listened to my idea and brought me a design that was perfect. No matter when we contacted Shaun with questions or for help, he responded immediately. Equally excellent were all the workers he uses. After meeting with three other companies, we are so happy we decided to go with Shaun. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Custom Watershapes pool construction was excellent. Sean and John exhibited professionalism, punctuality, and the pool came out exactly as I requested and the engineer plans were drawn. My pool pump died on Friday afternoon right before a holiday weekend. I called Custom Watershapes early Saturday morning and left a message explaining the situation. I received a call back within 20 minutes. They asked me for the information about my pump and motor which I sent to them. They determined they had the motor and seals in stock and were able to get out to my home the same day and repair the problem right away instead of having to wait until Tuesday or later in the week without an operational pool pump and filter.
The price was reasonable and the response was excellent. The communication before and after the repair was fantastic. I highly recommend them for any pool service you might need. They are experienced and professional and understand customer service along with knowing about pool maintenance and repairs.

John is very knowledgeable. I have used Custom Watershapes Inc. on two separate occasions now and have been very pleased with their services. John helped my husband and I out after another pool company scammed us and ordered the wrong pool light for our new home. John came over right away to assess and was honest, and gave us a very fair price for a new pool light.
He also replaced our salt water system. It was all done professionally and turned out beautiful! We were very happy. I recently used Custom Watershapes for my client's pool at his Airbnb property, and John went out of his usual territory to help us. He ordered the light and replaced it very quickly. My client was extremely pleased with the price and the light, as are all the guests who stay at the home. Really looks great! Don't hesitate to use this company for your next pool repair or update!
