My pool has never looked better. When I took care of my pool myself I had yellow algae constantly. When I retained Executive for pool care they got rid of the algae permanently. My pool was always ready for swimming. They were always on time and the price was very competitive with other services. We had the same service tech each week and that was a plus since he got to know our dogs and they were always glad to see him.

On the day of a scheduled party, a flower pot found its way into the pool with disastrous results. Executive Blue responded to our 911 making moves in their schedule to help us in a time of need.

Several good years with Executive Blue Pools. They've always been responsive and communicated well when service dates would move, etc. After the freeze, they were really helpful with diagnostics and repair. I trust Brian and his crew to take care of our pool like it's their own. Highly recommend! We use Executive Blue for our weekly pool cleaning service. They do a great job. Our pool always looks great. We recently needed one of their techs to look at our pool equipment for a possible issue. They scheduled a service call for the next business day to take a look, which I really appreciated. The technician showed up the day he was supposed to, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. So far everyone I have talked to there is quite nice and always willing to help in any way they can. I would definitely recommend using them.

Brian and the team at Executive Blue Pools have been excellent to work with. Their team of technicians have been managing our pool for almost a year now, including weekly cleanings and periodic servicing of the equipment. Their service really went up a notch in my eyes after the winter storms of 2021. Some of our equipment was damaged, and we were without a working pool for nearly a month due to the lack of available parts in the DFW area.
This was in no fault of Brian's team, and they were very open with their communication to me throughout the entire ordeal about when parts would be available so they could come out and repair the problems. I have been more than satisfied with their work, and I trust that when Brian says something is going to be done it will be done as soon as possible.

Through the freeze and all the damage as a result, owner Brian Bellflower and his crew have remained steadfast, courteous, professional, responsive, they've kept the lines of communication open, and most of all our pool looks great.
