Mark did our annual service and cleaning and did an excellent job for a very competitive price. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. It is clear that he knows and understands his work. I will continue to use Elite as they are the first pool service company that I actually feel comfortable with. Great job!

Elite Pools takes care of our pool. They do the weekly cleaning and maintenance, they have automated our pool so that we can control it with our phone, they have repaired/replaced equipment and most recently did a complete remodel of our pool. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have always been very responsive when we had a problem getting something to work - like switching from pool mode to spa mode.

When we remodeled the pool, they educated me on available materials like Pebble Tec (which I didn't know existed) and helped me make selections to get the most value for my money. Our pool is gorgeous! I highly recommend Elite Pools for all of your pool needs!

These folks are great to work with. Courteous, considerate and very quick to respond to your needs. Very polite and respectful of your property. They put in a beautiful pool for our daughter's family and we stopped by frequently to see the progress. Based on my observation and seeing the final project, I would highly recommend this company for any pool needs you might have including designing, installation and maintenance. I was in a pure frantic frenzy when we woke up over the weekend to a GREEN pool! My son is getting baptized in our backyard pool on the 4th of July- just days away! I called and left a voice message over the weekend and sent a crazy mom Facebook message, in hopes of getting a return call on Monday morning. Jennifer responded to me IMMEDIATELY on a SATURDAY, her day off.

She had me send her photos of the pool, what chemicals we use, test our water and walked me through EXACTLY what to do. Recommended we go to a different pool supply company from what we had been using (old pool supply company mis advised us- wasting money and chemicals). After 1 day of her advice the pool was starting to clear up and today it's almost back to normal.

This momma's heart is soooo thankful she saved my son's special day. Thank you to Elite Pool Service. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your pool needs! Elite Pools is the absolute best pool company ever in my eyes! I will never use anyone else and I would strongly urge anyone looking for a pool company to use Elite Pools! My water is always crystal clear and everyone that comes over always comments on this and I tell them every time it is because of the company I use, Elite Pools! Furthermore, the pool I have is very out dated pool and the way it was installed was very rigged up.

Because of this things on my pool are consistently breaking and having issues. Without Elite pools I wouldn't even have a functioning pool! Mark the owner always explains the issue to me in a way I understand. Then he gives me options on how I could fix the issue which I appreciate. But what I appreciate more is his suggestions aren't always to buy new or spend the most amount of money.

Instead he is always working with me to do what is the most sensible and the most cost effective. And once I have made a decision he sees the job through to the end with the most amazing and quality work. The absolute best thing I can say about Mark is that in my eyes he treats my pool as if it was his own at his house. I have the utmost respect and trust in Mark and Elite pools and I know what they tell me is the right thing and the work they do will be done the right way!
