Stupendous people to work with. My pool was in dire need of repair. I am so glad I chose Omni Pool. The folks at Omni Pool Builders exceeded all of my expectations. Staff and work crews were kind, courteous, professional, and most of all, were rapid in addressing my questions and concerns. As a retiree, time and dollars are a big concern for me. To my surprise, the replastering project for my pool and new filtering system was completed in record time and was very well within the estimate given.

Omni Pool Builders and Design are a fabulous company, group of people and builders. I LOVE my new pool! Omni Pools keeps the homeowner is the loop, informed and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. I knew what was happening every step of the way and was provided access to an online portal for information and scheduling.specific to my job.

My whole team from Darren and Aaron my designers, Scott my general construction manager, Allysa my site coordinator and Megan who helped to wrap up the finishing items were very professional. Working with all of their experienced and skilled craftsman and contractors was worry free. My salt water pool only took 6 1/2 weeks from layout to pool fill-amazing, and it looks fabulous!

A big bonus for my new pool is that they include in your contract 12 weeks of pool service to get your new investment off to the best start. This is the second time that I have used Omni Pools on two different projects and their work and integrity continues to be top-notch. I am happy to recommend them without any hesitation.

Amazing is the only word I can think of. We were looking around and reached out to Matt. But while looking around, we tried to save some money and time with DIY pools. But it was so not feasible with our work schedule and it was much more time consuming that we thought. Matt was not pushy at all and we reached back out and all I can say is every member of the team, from Alyssa, Megan, Jonathan and everyone else has been very helpful and it was so smooth. In a BLINK of an eye, we have a pool! Again, AMAZING.

Omni Pools went above and beyond with their planning, organization and scheduling of our new pool. Communication and follow up to details were first class all the way. I highly recommend them.

We have zero regrets choosing Omni Pool Builders and Design for our residential pool & spa installation. Part of the reason we chose Omni was how they presented every detail and assisted in all the design choices while giving us plenty of options. Having never built a pool before, we really appreciated how seamless they made it even with all the decisions that needed to be made up front.

Our project included knocking down (and rebuilding matching the old brick perfectly) a portion of brick wall to accomodate the dig and our desired equipment location, decking, and matching new brick wall around pool equipment to be in compliance with HOA rules. Their subs are super reliable, respectful, clean, masons are A-MAZING. I can't say enough good things about all of them.

They use a communication website which allowed us to see the details of every phase of construction but our sales person, project manager, and other office staff were also responsive to questions. No surprises, no hidden costs. The only thing that got a bit delayed was high demand decking materials availability which was out of their control. No matter, construction began on 3/10 and we were swimming on 5/25!

We contracted with Omni Pool Builders in early February 2023 and by early June 2023 we were swimming is a beautifully designed underground pool. After meeting and obtaining bids from three pool contractors, we selected Omni Pool Builders based on their reasonable cost estimate, responsiveness to our many inquiries about the project schedule, and the friendly and dedicated in-house staff members.

We live out at the end of a very long and challenging dirt road. The staff at Omni Pools went above and beyond their call of duty to make site visits to ensure we were informed and satisfied with every phase of the pool build. Thank you Omni Pool Builders!

We had a great experience with Omni and are enjoying our beautiful pool despite it basically being winter and choosing not to have a heated pool. When we decided on a pool build we hoped it would be done in time to swim as early as possible next summer. With all of the reports of supply chain and labor issues of the past year or two and hearing nightmare stories of delays and quality issues in the industry, we were definitely concerned about choosing a quality builder and things getting done in a timely manner.

After plenty of research and reading reviews, we got designs and bids by 4 builders. The moment Rich arrived on site (3rd of the 4) to discuss our wants and map out the property I was impressed and refreshed by his demeanor, attention and insight. When I received the design I was even more so and pretty much knew from then that if we were going to go through with getting a pool, that it would be hard not to choose Omni.

After Rich transitioned us over to the team that would handle the construction process, John was our assigned project manager, we enjoyed working with him and he was our main point of contact through the on-site build process. He has always answered our questions and concerns promptly and fully and was on-site regularly and to inspect following each phase.

All parts of the process were smooth and any issues that we brought up, which in the grand scheme of things were minimal and minor, were always promptly responded to. The crews that came out for each part of the job (clearing, excavation, plumbing, gunite, cleanup, tiling, deck, finish, and finally cleanup) were efficient and respectful of our property.

If we had any questions for them they were always patient and attentive to answer. During the process we had access to an app on our phones to track the timeline of the entire process and to communicate through (we also were able to communicate outside of the app via text or call). We worked with Veronica and Jessica from the office and communication with them was also always prompt.

Their efforts were integral in getting the pool finished in the timeframe it was. Justin was responsible for installing the pool cleaning heads and all of the startup process with chemicals and programming the pump, and he also did the orientation with us on all of the equipment and left us with a lot of other knowledge that will help us keep the pool clear and in working order and understand what to be aware of with regards to regular pool maintenance and what to do if more major problems should unexpectedly arise.

We know we can reach out to him if we have any questions come up. He was also quite entertaining. From the time we made the decision it only took 2 months for the build. I like to think we helped make the timeline easier but the scheduling was handled so well that I think they probably helped us get our things done more than the other way around. Here's to a fast winter!

If you are considering Omni, I would not hesitate to choose them again! With Omni I felt good about their business relationships with the different contractors used and had no cause for worry if something could be scheduled in time or if people would show up. Very happy as well with the quality of materials!

If you're thinking about getting a pool, use Omni! From inquiring, design, installation, and post installation, I've had an amazing experience. Tom Delaney, Scott Culver, Veronica Leyva were spectacular at every point of the project. I'm missing many others that were extremely helpful during this process as well but just know if you work with them every person you meet is more than pleasant.

From start to finish it was about 2 months and that was even with Tucson's unpredictable weather of rain and snow this season. I'm more than happy with how everything went and look forward to singing their praises for years to come. Thanks Omni Pool Builders and Design!

We decided to decommission our swimming pool due to having access to so many other swimming pools in Green Valley, AZ. The pool was built in the 60's and the heater was not working. The Omni crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, responsive and fun to work with. They went above and beyond cleaning after the pool was filled in. Ventura answered all of our concerns, was friendly and professional. Would work with Omni again in the future.

Omni Pool Builder & Design did an amazing job on renovating our pool. We had them replaster our pool, put in new tile and redo the deck. They just finished last month ahead of schedule. Jim Dahnke was the project manager and was wonderful from the very first call. Jim and all the workers that came out were very professional and friendly. Jim visited after every workday to insure it was done correctly.

We also were advised ahead of time when someone would be coming out. When an issue did come up, Jim was quick to let us know and what our options were. Our pool looks so amazing and giving Jim and Omni Pool Builders 5 stars.

I used Omni for swimming pool and spa and they did an amazing job. Can't recommend enough. They were by far the most supportive during the design process and had the best timeline for completion among all the pool company's I reached out too. Ventura was an amazing project manager and very responsive whenever I had a question or worry. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about Omni Pool Builders. We live here in Tucson, and putting in a brand new swimming pool in our backyard during the pandemic seemed impossible. I did so much research, spoke with so many different contractors, and thought it would take at least a year or so. Omni Pool Builders was incredibly flexible and willing to put in a very large, 40 foot, beautiful, fiberglass pool and spa in an incredibly short time!

It was an amazing project, and we have a spectacular oasis now! It all happened so fast.when there were minor construction issues, as there always are in the real world, Omni Pool Builders was always quick to remedy and communicate, and they were always professional and fair. Most important of all for me, however, are relationships. All engagements, ideally, must be mutually beneficial. Projects CAN be win-win!

I hope the entire team from Omni Pool Builders enjoyed working with me on this awesome pool, because I valued and appreciated all of them from start to finish. I plan to stay "connected" with Omni, particularly Aaron Baker, one of the owners, now that the pool is complete. This review is a long time coming. Our pool was completed end of July 2021 and my wife and I wanted to take advantage of the good weather and enjoy the pool. The entire Omni staff was and is fantastic. Everyone we met and talked to from reception, to design to actual construction were fantastic. Ventura Vargas was our construction manager and was great always attentive to our needs no matter how minor.

The design, by Rich, was absolutely wonderful. The people contracted to do the construction; from digging out the hole, rebar, shotcrete, plumbing, tiling, electricity, decking were excellent. I have recommended Omni to many people in our development who were considering getting a pool. To my knowledge, three neighbors have done so. Despite Covid and the shortage of supplies, they got the job done.

And this review would not be complete if it was for their construction/maintenance repair crew who came out last week and repaired a broken pipe caused by an accident in turf installation. I called the day of the break and their repairmen were at my house the next day and finished the job the same day. Omni does not walk away from you once the pool is done. We recently had the pleasure of working with Omni Pools and Jim Dahnke, Renovation/Project Manager. We contacted Omni Pool Builders for pool repair and resurfacing. Jim Dahnke provided a timely return to our phone call with an immediate appointment. During our discussion, Jim provided a number of options, pool surface suggestions and cost discussions.

Once the contract was signed, we found Jim's communication to be excellent. We were informed about upcoming work scheduled, and each construction landmark was followed with a personal visit and follow-up phone call from Jim. We are very, very pleased with the working relationship with Omni Pools, Jim Dahnke and the final result.

Omni Pool did a fantastic job on a remodel of our pool. We had a rock water fall that had caved in and the plaster in the pool was heavily stained. Jim at Omni Pool help us decide on a better water feature and worked with us to provide exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work and the care taken to make sure we were getting what we wanted was very satisfying. The work was completed right in the middle of COVID-19 which was challenging but they did a great job and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Omni Pool.

Omni Pools crew constructed a high quality pool and spa. Aaron Baker, one of the co-owners was very responsive and knowledgeable in the design and construction of the pool and spa. The end product of the lap pool and spa are outstanding. The various workers/crew who did the supervising, digging, rebar installation, piping and pumps were all excellent and hard working. There were some minor communication issues but these were readily resolved. I highly recommend Omni Pools
