Aqua Haven Pools

I've thoroughly enjoyed the experience I've had with Aqua Haven Pools. They are very dependable and always arrive to my home at the scheduled time. Their professional demeanor and expertise about proper pool maintenance have exceeded my expectations and has made me a loyal customer.

We purchased a swim spa and jacuzzi from Aqua Haven. Chris, the salesman, was very easy to work with and helpful. Carrie was flexible and scheduled and rescheduled our delivery due to us not being ready. They were delivered on schedule and in the rain. The guys, Jesus, Christian, Josh and Jack. They were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much Aqua Haven! I know we'll enjoy our new spas.

Took delivery of my Twilight Spa yesterday. Got it all hooked up, purified the water and am looking forward to my first "plunge" this evening. Kudos to Jesus, Christian, and Daylin for expertly hauling it up nine steps to my deck and for sharing their insights on how to complete the installation painlessly. Life is good.

Even 4 years after purchasing my hot tub, this company stood behind its product. Very nice people to work with. Highly recommend.

Quick and easy shopping experience. The hot tub itself is very nice. The installation crew of Jesus, Christian, and Jack were efficient, very careful, and very professional. Jesus talked us through the operation of the hottub and the chemicals to keep the water pristine. I couldn't recommend a better provider because there isn't one. Great job Aqua Haven.

Jesus, Jack and Christian very professional, knowledgeable and patient. These 3 young gentleman have been out to help us put assisted spa cover lift on our masterspa twilight 240. We had to move it about 4 inches after spa was already set up. They helped us drain, adjust and level our spa after their install for lift was complete. They made sure we happy with everything for driving away.

We ordered a hot tub at a show. Jesus, Conner, and Christian delivered it with an EZ pad and leveled out the area for us. They did an awesome job and we're very happy with their professionalism and expertise!

We purchased our spa on a Saturday and the following Monday it was delivered and installed. The installer was professional, polite and very knowledgeable, He answered all our questions and more. As far as the spa is very easy to use. It came with a starter supply of chemicals which are very easy to understand. The temp is supper easy to set and it stays at the temp we pick. We are very happy!

It has been a very positive experience dealing with everyone at MasterSpas from the Oklahoma City location to the new one in Wichita, KS. All have been super helpful and so nice. I have to mention that when I started looking at swim spas I realized there was quite a lengthy waiting time. MasterSpa was able to get my order and have it built much sooner.

My spa was delivered April 13th, 2022. The delivery crew was exceptional and the lead crewman had many valuable instructions to share! After filling my spa, sanitizing, and learning all the controls I was finally able to take my first dip/swim last night under the stars! WOW! Great fun and I love my Trainer15D! Love the new top, it's lightweight and beautiful and super easy to open with the hydraulic lifts I opted to get. Hope to enjoy this for years of fun and healthy exercise. Thank you MasterSpas!

I've had a great experience with Aqua Haven. The sales person, Kim was very helpful, responsive and met all her commitments. She did exactly what a sales person should do. The delivery guys, Jesus and Connor were incredible. They showed up on time and did an amazing job delivering the tub into a very difficult location. Jesus and Connor are really really good at what they do. They were super careful, knowledgeable and awesome - delivering the tub without a scratch and on time! I would definitely recommend Aqua Haven.

Do not buy from this company. Not reputable or good. Horrible customer service! I seldom review a company, which I should since I rely on reviews, but I can't imagine anyone spending good money here, and wish I had done far more research before I put you out down payment. Rocky is NOT trustworthy! Every time we call he's usually on vacation. Will not receive a refund on our spa down payment, but yet will continually post pone spa arrival, and make unfulfilled promises to supplement their poor service with marked up spa filters etc. A good, reputable company, aqua haven is not!

I have been using Scott at Aqua Haven for all of my pool inspections and repairs for years. He and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I am confident that when I recommend Aqua Haven to clients and friends, they will have a fantastic experience.

I had Aqua Haven Pools Open and Close my pool this year. They did a great job, they arrived on time and did everything I asked them to do. When they opened my pool it was like a green swamp. They had it up and ready to swim in 10 days. I had to shock my pool a couple of times in between the time they were here but that is expected. You can't just open a pool and dive right in (not sure what the other review was expecting, maybe instant gratification).

The employes were very educated and professional and the Spanish guys even spoke English. I would recommend using these guys to any pool owner, for any pool work you may need. Can't wait for next summer. Thanks guys
