Prestige Pools

We have been very pleased with Prestige Pools. Our pool was put in October 2021, so we have not used it yet, but we are excited to as soon as it gets warm. Sheila was able to get us scheduled ahead of time and we really appreciated that. Keith Cowell and his team were very professional, on time, honest and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool. They have answered all of our calls and emails. A great company and great people to work with. I would invite them all to a pool party anytime we have one.

Our family simply could not be happier with our pool and it may not have ever happened if it weren't for Prestige Pools. Before we could get a pool, we needed to move a septic tank which required an analysis from a group of soil scientists and multiple approvals from Wake County and the Town of Apex. All of this had to be done during the height of the pandemic when most people were working remotely. Prestige Pools made countless phone calls on our behalf overseeing the entire process far exceeding what many would do for a customer.

These were unprecedented times and they understood that and worked accordingly. Once approvals were received they worked with all parties helping to coordinate the entire project and ultimately delivered a product that exceeded our highest expectation. You can trust Prestige Pools to do a great job. They are trustworthy and talented people and the owners of the company are very hands-on. Our family is beyond happy with our pool and we look forward to many fun summers ahead!

With the exception of the lady that had her fence damaged by the crane, the rest of the negative reviews must be from bitter competitors or ex-employees. Jordan has installed I believe 5 pools in and around my neighborhood at Carolina beach in the last two years. EVERYONE I have talked to loves Jordan. If prestige could have built my house, I would have let them.

I'm sure it would have gone smoother with Jordan handling the subcontractors. Every single time I have texted or called he either answers or responds very soon. A couple times I have had questions or small things happen, and Jordan comes or sends someone within a day or two. This past weekend, I noticed the chlorine generator wasn't flowing and the filter was showing in need of cleaning.

As I left Monday morning for the week, I texted Jordan on Saturday. He responded, asked me to call him on Monday, which I did. And now the filter is cleaned, the chlorine generator is working properly, and he even tested my water and told me what it needed all while I am 3.5 hours away. I asked him multiple times what I owed and he kept responding "nothing." So you can have someone else put your pool in, but will they act like this 2.5 years later?

And he's like this every time I call or text. I could call him next month if we were gone for a long time and I guarantee he would volunteer to drive by and check my chemicals for me. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. And if you read this and want a first hand referral, Jordan is more than welcome to give my phone number out to any potential customer. I have had one come by and ask to see it and we discussed Jordan for 30 minutes. I think they made up their mind.

We had a wonderful experience building our dream pool with Prestige Pools. We experienced excellent workmanship and communication throughout the process and our build was on time and on budget. Keith and his crews just finished 28,000 gallon inground pool for us here in Wake Forest. They coordinated well with the landscape architect and landscaping installation company. They finished on time and on budget! Beautiful results!

We live out in Pittsboro and over the past several years had problems even getting companies to quote our project due to the location. At one point we walked into a company who quoted us site unseen and made a deposit we would later walk away from, due to their reviews. In 2019 we were finally able to get two more quotes and Prestige was no doubt our first choice.

Their price was fair and in-line with our targeted budget. We also felt very comfortable with Keith. The first time he walked our property he advised of the size, depth, location, amount of concrete, etc. Basically the only decision we had to make was the color of the liner. The installation was scheduled to begin in mid-June but permits came through ahead of schedule and installation began in the beginning of May 2019.

They scheduled each visit and were on site as promised. They kept the work site (and our house) very orderly and clean. Calls were answered quickly. Even after the installation was completed they returned on several occasions to check on the chemicals and answer any questions we may have had. Due to the project starting earlier than initially scheduled we had almost the entire summer to enjoy.

My only concern is there are several areas (particularly in the decline to the deep end) that have sharp rocks that you can feel with your feet. I have not talked to Keith about this and it may have been caused during the settling of the ground. I just hope they don't puncture the lining. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an installation done right and done on time. They ".strive to provide the highest level of service possible" and they deliver. They were a pure pleasure to work with and I would consider our transaction seamless.

I went through the painful process of getting 4 estimates, Prestige Pools won hands down and explained what they could do and when they could start and away it went. Project started right on time, had some wild NC weather that pushed things back a bit but the end result was amazing. Both Keith's we're easily reached for questions and if you could not reach them they were in touch promptly which is important to me when I am working with a contractor.

They listened to what I wanted and made professional recommendations. Keith Jr is an animal (works his butt off) and is fully involved in every step of the process. We had him contract the Electritian, concrete dude, stone work team and the inspector and they didn't bump up the price like other companies would have. My family is extremely happy with our pool and we now live in the backyard where before we would not spend anytime at all. Thanks to Prestige Pools for their professionalism and beautiful pool!
