I purchased an Envoy and absolutely LOVE it! Our experience from sale and service has been amazing! Chandler and everyone at Bachmann have been so awesome to work with! I HIGHLY recommend Bachmann Pools and Spas!

We purchased a home that had a pool and needed guidance. Doug and his team helped us open the pool and educated us on what to do. Strongly recommend Bachmann's Service Department.

We have owned a hot tub for some time and it was time to replace it. We found that Bachmanns staff, from sales to the install/delivery team, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and customer friendly. Their inventory of spas allowed us to purchase a unit that was cost effective and available to be delivered within a week. We can highly recommend Bachmanns to anyone who is in the market for a spa.

We purchased a spa from Bachmans last summer. Sam was our sales associate, he was very knowledgeable explaining the many features of each spa. He informed us that due to delays it wouldn't arrive until February. He kept in touch, and we were excited to hear the spa would be delivered early December. The delivery crew were friendly and did a great job installing the spa and explaining how to get started filling it. Whenever I called with questions or brought in water samples and Sam wasn't available the other associates, Chandler and Julia were more than helpful.

Bought my 1st spa from Bachman's and it was a wonderful experience. Chandler Was super knowledgeable And helpful. Really took her time when working with me and answering all my questions. Everything from sale to financing to delivery went very smoothly. The guys that delivered it were very punctual, professional and knowledgeable As well.

Shopping for a hot tub and buying one were made very easy with the expertise of Chandler Corning. Everything was explained to us in great detail. There was never any pressure to make any particular decision. Picking up our old hot tub and delivering our new one were easily scheduled and the delivery men were very careful on both jobs. The new hot tub arrived with all ordered and expected supplies and at least 3 separate sets of directions on how to get it up and running correctly. Chandler checked with us several times as the whole process was completed and after. Additionally, Chandler expedited an insurance estimate with Fred Bachmann on the replacement cost of our old hot tub. This helped with paying for the new one! We would have no reservations recommending Bachmanns due to all things explained above. Thank you Bachmanns!

Bachmann Pool and Spa went above and beyond our expectations! From Chandler on the sales floor to the 2 gentleman that delivered our hot tub, they were all very professional! The men that installed and set up the hot tub went above and beyond what they had to do! Chandler even called to make sure that we got it running and the chemicals all OK! I am sure that any questions I may have in the future will be answered by this wonderful team! You won't be disappointed!

Purchasing a new hot tub spa is a big financial investment. To do it right, it is far more important WHERE you buy than WHAT you buy. The initial process setting up your tub takes time and guidance, even if you are an experienced owner. Neo, my salesperson and set up guru, has been with me every step of the way. I never would have been able to navigate the correct set up without her help.

She responded within less than a half an hour every time I had a question and guided me through what I needed to do. She has been fantastic! The delivery/set-up crew contacted us before they came. They were on time, professional and courteous. I can say that I am 100% satisfied and recommend Bachmann's with the highest rating.

Doug, Chandler and Josh(contractor) made the whole process easy for us, in deciding to buy. This was the most fun, easy and streamlined service from beginning to end! We thought this process would have been harder and longer than it was. We are extremely happy with the turnout and knowledgeable information you all provided. You answered all questions (even ones that were probably common sense) and never made us feel stupid.

We have already enjoyed swimming twice this season! we have provided Doug's and Josh's card and your name to two people who were curious about looking into a pool too. We couldn't praise all three of you more!

We purchased a spa from Sam at Bachmanns and have been really pleased all along the way. It took several months for delivery due to backlog of orders, but once received our tub was installed without a hitch. Upon filling we have had all our questions answered by Sam and others at Bachmanns. The tub is amazing (Hot Springs Grandee) and the salt water system has worked perfectly so far. I highly recommend it.

Chandler was a pleasure to work with through the entire buying process. We had no idea how many questions we would have when we first started looking for a hot tub! Chandler gladly answered all of these thoroughly and quickly. This helped us so much to make a decision we are very comfortable with. It is good to know she will be around when we start the tub up. Can't wait!

Chandler was amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient with us making the decision on what tub would be best. She made our buying process very easy. After we received our tub, she has worked with us to get the water balanced and answering what ever questions we have. Highly recommend Chandler and Bachmanns if you are looking for a hot tub.

We bought our hot tub Aug 2020. It was finally delivered June 2021. We had no issue with delays with what was going on. It was the lack of communication and responsibility to keep us updated. We shouldn't have to call and be put off or ignored. Even the manager wouldn't return a VM. The delivery was smooth and team professional. We were handed a bag of chemicals and told to put the chlorine and mineral cannisters in the bracket.

We received no instructions or guidance on how to care for and maintain our hot tub. After reading manual, we went to another dealer who guided and helped us figure it out. We are only giving 2 stars because the showroom was nice. We would not recommend Bachmann nor will we return. There has been zero follow up since delivery.

So.we decided to put in a pool during the pandemic. We worked with Chandler at Bachmanns and the process was very easy. pricing was straightforward and she made sure we got the sale price that was happening at the time. We were referred to an excellent installer (Josh Stone with Graceful Construction). There were some minor issues with the Covid manufacturing hiccups but we were in no hurry so no worries.

We ultimately put off the install until spring of '21 (although the pool was ready to go in)and Bachmanns stored the pool over the winter for us no problem. We purchased a Radiant 24' round above ground model and the quality is outstanding. Walls are solid and other equipment works great. The pool is beautiful and seems like it will hold up aesthetically and strengthwise for many many years.

Since the install I've been in to Bachmanns for supplies a few times and staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. We have received excellent practical advice throughout this process regarding the pool choices/setup, construction/installation, and maintenance. We have found ourselves using the pool a lot for guests, as well as my wife and I simply going in for a dip whenever we like. Our single regret regarding this pool and working with Bachmanns? We wish we would have done it sooner. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a Hot Springs salt system spa from Chandler at Bachmann's. From the sales process to the delivery, everything has gone very smoothly and we couldn't be more pleased! Chandler has been very responsive to our needs, going above and beyond to deliver great customer service, and answer our many questions as we went through the salt system start up. We love the hot tub, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bachmann's!

The best spa company around! They are the only ones to figure out the complexity of removing our old tub and delivery of our new hot tub! The owner actually took personal interest and figured it out for us. Everywhere else when shopping around didn't even care or try to figure it out. They all told us we will sell you a hot tub but you will need to figure how to get it where you need it.

We have existing 2nd level Sun Room with sucken hot tub at floor level. The owner is a true genuine friendly guy that not only came out to personally check out but also came back at delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. Words can't express on how much we really appreciated this. Thank you Bachmann!

I purchased a hot tub last May (2020) and have had several issues with it. Installation didn't go great, theirs salesperson cancelled my independent electrician without talking to me first, parts we paid for were "forgotten, " the instructions (of which we were given several conflicting) have not worked and the owner has ignored my multiple requests for warranty service. I've had the hot tub installed for 8 months and the lounger back jets don't work as they should (they don't go up and down), we went through 4 salt cells in 5 months before realizing it must be broken (but again, they ignore our requests for service so kind of useless), and they genuinely don't show any concern for unhappy customers. When spending $20k plus, you shouldn't have to call the parent company (Hot Springs) as I finally broke down and did last week.

Once again the sales and service team at the Madison location made purchasing and installing my new hot tub a great experience. Chandler made purchasing easy, while dealing with my many questions. I definitely recommend her when considering a new purchase. Jorie and the service team made installing a good and positive experience, from delivery to setup.

They exceeded all expectations, and my expectations were high. There is no other company I would trust when buying or servicing pools or spas. It's nice to know that when there is something needed, from questions to servicing, the entire Bachmann's team is there when you need them.

I went into the store 2 years ago with the idea of buying a hot tub. After talking to the folks there I was convinced to buy one. Best decision ever! Since my purchase 2 years ago I have called on them for advice on cleaning and maintaining my hot tub and each time they have been friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a hot tub and to purchase from Bachmanns!

No training! Understand summer help but poor guys didn't have a clue and basically dropped off hot tub. Do not recommend

The staff is super friendly and helpful but their prices for parts and chemicals is highway robbery. Everything I've gone there for I've easily found online for literally half the price. Everything!

We had Bachmann repair our hot tub and always had them repair it. They did a great job at doing that but. I ordered a Hot Tub cover on Sept 26th, 2017. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Well, here it is 8 weeks later and still no hot tub cover. I called and asked about it at week 6 and I was told. "Don't call us, we'll call you when it comes in." : Talk about horrible customer service!

The guy I talked to, didn't even want to look up my order. I now understand the issue after talking with the owner, she explained the issues regrading the wild fires in California and the poor service service I received for one individual. If only the sales person could've told me the issue, I would've totally understood. As a business owner myself, understand how hard it is to get great help these days.

I just picked up my cover and met Kiya, the owner. She was VERY helpful, fast and took the time to explain the warranty. Personally would give her a 10 all the way around. That's what customer service and sales should be like. Thank you Kiya!

"Premium" chlorine? For three times the price of.um.chlorine? I feel like a fool.
