I bought a house, of which pool was maintained by Riviera. First day, all suction valves were closed so pump had no water, fortunately did not burn. After coming back from 4 weeks of vacation, my kids had red eyes so I tested the water with strips and also took water for testing. Chlorine levels were so high that they could not even test the water. Explained the chlorine issue on the phone, no apology or anything.
Other parts on strip are also either low or high, nothing nominal. I also paid $160 to unclog my skimmer pipe, they could not unclog (the tech was a pro but the pressure air method did not work) and still charged me whole $160. Asked extra $350 for a leak test to find the clog.

These people operate like gypsies, taking advantage of customers in a covert manner. First, they require a credit card number before they will confirm appointment. Service man shows up without calling, then spends 5 minutes diagnosing problem and prepares to leave. I ask for a bill and he says they send them out from the office. He says it will be the "minimum." Weeks later I get a bill for $160. $57 for service call and $103 for repair that he did not do. Stay away from these crooks.
