Eddie Bullock has been the owner of Pool Builders for over 37 years. He is very passionate about building pools and puts his heart into each individual pool as if it were his own. We specialize in building inground vinyl liner pools. We have 64 shapes and sizes to choose from or you can let us design a beautiful freeform lagoon for your backyard.
