We got hooked up with Norburg pools through our homeowners insurance company. We have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with our pool since we opened it this summer. Honestly I wanted to fill it in... Water shooting out of the pump, pool losing water, filter leaking, you name it. MaryBeth is so patient and helpful everytime we have had to call. Mike has been to our home SEVERAL times to fix different things. Our pool would not be as perfect now as it is without their help and it is much appreciated! Definitely would recommend to anyone with a pool.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We started using Norburg last year. We had zero pool experience and were nervous about caring for our pool in our new home. Mary Beth, who runs the office, was so amazing about explaining exactly how opening our pool would go. She even arranged for the pool man, Mike, to give us a crash course. This summer, after Norburg opened our pool, I took charge of the chemicals.
Armed with the knowledge Mike provided me last year, I felt really confident in getting our pool open and ready. I did it! A few weeks went by and I had a tap on our door. It was Mike. He was just in the neighborhood and wanted to make sure everything was going well and that I didn't have any questions. Where else do you get customer service like that? Norburg has a customer for life with us. They're reliable, affordable and genuinely care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great pool company.
