Hot Spring Spas

I've had my hot tub now for 2 years. Worked with Adam to figure out which hot tub was best for me, everything I'd need ahead of time to prepare, and they delivered flawlessly. After 2 years, my hot tub runs as good as the day I bought it. Water maintenance is honestly pretty easy using the (non saltwater) system my hot tub came with. Everyone I've talked to here has been helpful and friendly, even the 3 guys who delivered the tub.

I've asked questions off and on about a variety of things over 2 years, including phone calls, texts, emails, sometimes sending pictures, and they've always answered me and helped me out. I expect if I ever need to replace my hot tub I will return here for another.

Wife and I ordered a Vanguard from Adam Murphy in March 2021. Adam was friendly, knew his product inside/out, and was very helpful during the sales/ordering process. We knew we were about 9-10 months out due to pandemic demand. The spa arrived in early January as promised and we couldn't be happier about it. The team that delivered/installed the spa was top notch. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and proactive during the entire process.

He took care of us during the sales/ordering process, answered any questions we had while waiting for the delivery, was amazing during setup/training, and continues to be available for help now that the transaction is complete. I highly recommend Hot Spring Spas of KC! Great product and great team!

We purchased a hot tub at Hot Springs KC for our patio project and have had a great experience. Ryan has been absolutely fantastic to work with. We were unsure of what size to get and he walked us through the different models. He also made a complementary site visit to our house to discuss placement within our project. He was great with emails and communication throughout the process.

Due to COVID, we did have to wait about 9 months for the hot tub to arrive, but this was unavoidable. He kept us up to speed on the timeline and followed up with us before and after delivery. My only minor complaint is that the instructions that come with the hot tub are a little confusing to get it up and running. Luckily Ryan has helped answer all our questions and walk us through every step of the way.

One of the most important things for us has been the customer service "after the sale". Ryan continues to help us out with any questions and advice to keep the tub running perfect. He took the time to walk us through all the chemical balancing steps, maintenance schedules, filter cleaning, etc. Very happy family who will definitely recommend Ryan and his team to our friends and family.

The salesperson was informative and the monitoring and help questions have been valuable toward our understanding of the new tub. From the moment we walked into the show room to the moment our tub was delivered we had nothing but the best experience. The Sales Team is super knowledgeable and helped us pick the right model for our space and budget. The Delivery Team was great as well and provided the best install, even on a frigid Midwest morning. Initially, I was wary of purchasing a hot tub due to concerns about maintenance needs, etc. I did not want to get in over my head. After researching, we decided on a Hot Springs hot tub and we are so glad that we did. Ryan (our salesman) was excellent throughout the purchasing process and setup. Additionally, Ryan and all of the other Hot Springs employees are there to answer any questions we have. The continued, consistent customer support has made our ownership a great experience. We absolutely love our hot tub.

Low-pressure sales staff made shopping easy. We were looking for a salt water hot tub and Hot Springs was the only dealer in the area that offered a salt system from the factory. Delivery was professional, with great care taken during install. They even identified damage to the cover before I saw it and arranged a replacement at no cost. The hot tub itself is wonderful!

We use it several times a week and the salt water system definitely makes chemical maintenance much easier. As first-time owners we've had many questions while learning to use the tub. The staff are always kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Thanks especially to Ryan and Adam!

Fantastic shopping experience. We worked with Ryan who was extremely patient with us in answering all of our questions throughout the entire process from initially walking through the door, to installation questions and after taking delivery. Delivery of our Limelight Flash was quick and painless and everybody worked as a team. Each and every one of them made sure I was happy with every aspect of the delivery and set-up. After the sale service has been outstanding as well.
