I have used this pool service for a year and have had nothing but problems. My new pool is full of algae and they have not corrected the problem. I have tried to work with them and have called them many times, and they always say they will send a "supervisor" bur they never call me back. Once they ruin your pool they will not correct it.

Poor communications, no returned calls, no shows, etc. They finally came today, Saturday (Thursday is the scheduled day) after not being here for THREE WEEKS! Of course they invoice one month in ADVANCE. Customer beware!

Pool pump was dry, no water at all. Monthly bill was $327 for ONE month. Service is very uneven and pool often is green or has mustard on the sides. This pool service has gone down and if someone would answer the phone, I will cancel immediately.
