My experience from start to present has been great! From the beginning, David and Mariana were so attentive to my husband and I that it made us feel like we were their only client, we were thoroughly listened to and they worked with us to draft the pool and outdoor area that fit our wants perfectly. Terry and Doreen have been communicative and transparent through the whole construction and I couldn't ask for more!

Even with the current labor and supply shortages, they have been completely honest and never sugar coated any of the delays which was greatly appreciated and we still had weekly progress since the build started. We are almost done with our construction and we are so happy we decided to go with Coastal Luxury Outdoors!

I've working with Coastal for years on many different pools. They've always been great. Customer service is top. You won't find a better pool builder in Jacksonville. Their designs are exceptional. Can't go wrong.

Only positive comment I have is all of the contractors they choose are quality. I signed for my pool July 2019 and still currently have a permit on my fence July 2020. That should tell you enough!

We couldn't be happier with our new back yard. Our pool, spa, and fire pit have transformed our back yard into an oasis. We love everything about this company and their services and would highly recommend to any and all. :

Worked here when I first moved to Jacksonvile. It was a stepping stone to get my life on track. The owners were super Amazing, they treated us like family, also they train you very well and expect the best out of you. They care how the pools are cleaned and maintained. I had to go back out for jobs when the customer made a mistake and for uncovered pools. The owner never over charged or charged them double like what should of happened. The best manager I have ever had. The company has values and is priced competitively.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Completely unprofessional, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. We had them come out (Feb 1) and give us a quote to resurface the pool, tile, put in a sun shelf, pressure wash the enclosure and seal the pavers and add a new pool light. After having to send an email to remind them to send a quote on Feb 23 they finally got around to it.

I responded a few days later stating we would like to move forward and also how much more it would be to hang lights in the enclosure. It took them 10 days to get that cost (with a reminder email) to me, also, no dialog on moving forward, just prices for the lights. I waited until March 19th to send a follow up in hopes they were going to set up moving forward with the project. So, I sent an email and called on March 19th. Nothing. Sent another one on March 24th and again on the 28th.

No response from the owner Kevin or staff. This place is joke. Also, $2500 to pressure was a screened enclosure, no one should think their pressure washing skills are that good. Again, STAY AWAY, do you really want people who can't answer a phone or respond to an email doing anything to your home?

Coastal Luxury built us a beautiful pool 6 years ago and they continue to send great people for any needed repairs. Kevin and his team are great!
