I called Paramount to inquire about an issue I was having with my pool, which I maintain myself. I spoke with Andy and he was able to tell me over the phone exactly what to do step by step and it worked. He could of easily just made me make an appt, for a visit and charged me, and I would have paid. Instead je saved me a good amount of money and was very professional and helpful over the phone. I would recommend this business and I will use them in the future if I have any pool issues.

What a customer friendly and extremely helpful business. I called looking to get a service call for my pool heater (minimum $125 charge). A very helpful tech was put on the line and talked me through 10 minutes of checks on the equipment. Educated me on the workings of my system and ultimately saved me.and cost them.$125 and 10 minutes of their time. Thank you so much for the "personal way to do business". You will get all of mine in the future.

I highly recommend Paramount Pool Services! We have been using this company for the past several years and have been very satisfied with their service. Our pool has had many issues over the years from the pool pump, chlorination tab, pool heater, etc. and we have found Paramount Pool Service to be very honest and fair with their pricing and work. The Company's Owner, Andy has always been very patient with me when I have called for advice and questions.
The repair tech is also very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. We recently had a minor issue with the pool pump that Paramount installed and the owner himself came out to repair the issue free of charge no questions asked. I can't say enough good things about this company!
