We had a pool installed by Jeff Clements Sept 2017. It cost $65,000. They forgot to install the auto fill, so they installed it after the concrete patio. The auto fill is to far away and has not worked. Jeff did not register our gears for the jets with the manufacture, so when they stopped working in Spring 2020, we had no warranty. They are supposed to have a life time warranty.
One of three light bulbs have stopped working. I stress of replacing it. Jeff sent Flavio to tel us the concrete slab had to be cut out to replace the bulb. In summary, the pool was not properly built and they are not warranting their product.
