Have only good words to say about this company. I checked out 9 pool contractors before I chose Intercoastal Pools. They have super workers, schedule, sales team, engineering and support. We have had our pool for 2 years and it is trouble free and a great source of joy. This company knows how to build a pool!

It's been about 1 year since we broke ground on our Intercoastal Pool and we couldn't be happier with the process, customer service, and results! We LOVED our experience working with Intercoastal- from design to dig to construction to fill to pool school to our first splash! Every step was fantastic- the staff and crew, customer service, professionalism, friendliness!

They are legit the best in town and worth the wait list! Rarely a day goes by (even in the "winter") when our family doesn't take advantage of the beautiful comfort of our new, spacious patio, with the view of our stunning, custom-designed pool and the ambiance of the serene water features we included! There's also hardly a week that goes by when our kids aren't splashing around or just taking a quick dip! Thank you for this home addition that has elevated our quality of life!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness An absolute joke of am organization. A $107,000 pool and it is taking forever to get built and you can't a get a call back. And blew the measurements and charged me back the $4500 to fix it. Stay as far away as you can. Services: Inground pool installation, Design

Absolutely one of the worst professional service companies I've dealt with in a long time. They brag they have more work than they can handle and they are booked out a year and hopefully for them this holds true because once that business backlog subsides they will struggle under their business mannerism. Had pool installed and called for service and they never called back. Had to keep calling and finally they sent someone out which they may have not even come out. Promised to handle a few issues and follow up and never heard back.

This was 3 months after pool was finished. Recently thought I'd give them another chance calling in about our enclosure they installed trying to give them more business and lady who took call said they were busy and it would be a few days before I'd hear back. After almost 2 weeks I called again and they said I'd get a call back and now 2 more weeks still nothing. Granted I get they have already made their money off me but I'm used to companies who like referrals and repeat business. Intercoastal is NOT one of those companies. Speaking with other neighbors they had similar experiences. Readers definitely research this company and don't use their references. A simple search on the county building department permit site you can find owners who they've done work for I'd highly suggest reaching out to these for real insights.

Critical: Professionalism WORK CREW VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! HAD ENTIRE WORKSITE TO SPREAD CAGE MATERIAL OUT ON, YET THEY USED MY YARD AND NOT THE WORKSITE. AFTER ASKING THEM TO MOVE IT. THEY DEVELOPED SERIOUS ATTITUDES AND ADDED MORE ITEMS IN MY YARD. I WILL NEVER SUOOPRT COMPANIES WITH EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS! I HOPE YOU WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM EITHER!

Intercoastal is a pleasure to work with. They built me the most beautiful pool. They got the pool completed before the due date and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them! Do not do business with this pool company. Faulty construction resulting in pool leak in pool plumbing. They poured the screen enclosure concrete right onto this 90 joint resulting in a leak. Worst part is part is they wanted to charge $1,000 to fix the leak due to their faulty construction verses taking responsibility and fixing it under warranty.

Our pool was completed before they said it would be. We had a problem because our site plan said the sewer drain line was in the front but it was in the back and they cut through it. (not their fault) They moved us to the head of the line to get it done. Our pool is awesome. The service is excellent also. I can't say enough about how great they were.

Very happy with this pool company! They always kept us updated with every stage of the process. The overall price was also lower than their competitors. I have no complaints with the workmanship or quality. Also, their crew was always very professional. We were told we would be swimming by September, but the pool actually wasn't completed until October. However, that being said, we had many rain delays and a week when everything shut down due to Hurricane Dorian. So no complaints with the time frame of completion either. I highly recommend Intercoastal. We love our pool!

We couldn't be more happy with our pool! Intercoastal turned our ugly back yard into an oasis. We appreciated their quality work and the way the final product turned out. We came up with the initial concept and they refined the plan. We came back with some changes and some additional scope to the project, they incorporated those changes and worked with us to come up with the final plan.

Once the project started the crews were friendly and professional, their work was outstanding. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but they fixed everything to our satisfaction. Overall very happy and would recommend. Word of advice be patient! Quality pool build takes time, expect delays, and having your yard tore up for quite some time. In the end you will be happy!

Deceptive sales, no communication, work new build homes before existing homes, takes significantly longer than stated and weather is not the real reason.
