I went out and looked at the tile work. It looks great. It really is nice to have a pool company that is reliable, professional and does great work. I know it was kind of a hassle with respect to the tile being ordered. Thanks again.

Bring a sample from your pool or spa, and Action will print a sheet of free computerized test results. We get our pool and spa chemicals here (not from Amazon, whose rough delivery methods tend to reduce Cl and Br tablets to powder). Action also has filters, replacement parts, pool toys, summer hats, etc.

We used Action Swimming Pool Service for the first time last Fall for winterizing our in-ground pool. They were in and out quickly and did a great job. This Spring we scheduled our opening with them & needed our pump rebuilt and the motor replaced. They did a fantastic job! Not only do they have excellent customer service but they fixed our entire system, cleaned the pool & balanced the chemicals.

They showed up when they said they would, were easy to communicate with and completed the job perfectly! We will continue to use them for all of our pool services. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Our home has an inground pool with a sand filter system and a large outdoor saltwater spa. We have had nothing but excellent customer service from Action when they came to replace our filter guage and they have always performed general maintenance for us. They are consistently mindful of our work schedules and have made service calls easy and convenient.

Communication is excellent and their service tech, Scott, has an expert-level understanding of complex systems, troubleshoots in an honest manner and communicates in a very friendly and professional style. We know that we can trust them in our home and our dogs like them a lot. In the past, we tried several of the various chemical brands from Lowes, Home Depot and Amazon but have found that Action carries the very best chemicals from GLB to keep our pool perfectly balanced.

Their chlorine tabs and alkalinity balance are priced very reasonably and have made keeping our inground perfectly balanced a breeze compared to the other products we tried. Finally, a swimming pool can be intimidating to maintain at first, but this family has made it very easy and comfortable for us to love our pool, use it daily and know that it is functioning properly.

Terrible customer servive and very rude an judgemental before i had even got out of my car the owner very rudley told me to move my car or she was going to calk the cops i was sitting in my car finishing a song that i was litening to ( my stero system is pretty loud i get it) but instead of asking me to turn it down or letting me know this is for customer's parking she came at me like that so for that this place deserves lowestest rateing possible. I was goin to give tgis place a try but am more then happy to take my money elsewhere

One of the MOST professional and friendly specialty stores I have ever been to. They have all the knowledge to take care of any problems you have and are very reasonably priced. Definitely worth driving to their location to get supplies.
