Inspired by the expanding market for swimming pools in their area, Jack and Joe decided to teach themselves the science of design and engineering from scratch, spending years painstakingly learning the trade that would become their livelihood. Starting with a $10 classified in a local paper, we have grown from a service and maintenance business operated out of two (modest) cars into one of the most trusted pool construction and design companies in the tri-state area. Having started small, Pool Docs has never lost sight of the importance of strong customer and community relations, and pride themselves as much on the testimony of hundreds of satisfied customers as on the excellence of their product.

Very poor communication. I never know when they will show up, since they don't notify me, and they hardly respond to messages. They installed a new liner for my inground pool, but they didn't cut out all the returns, and the liner coming off. I reached out and got no response. They installed a new salt system for my pool, they never showed me how to use it, and it doesn't seem to be operating properly. Generally very poor communication, and low quality service. They do not provide a reliable service.

Best in Class operation, Service, follow up and complete customer satisfaction. We used Pool Docs to build us a new Pool, and we experienced 100% customer satisfaction. Joe Spero ( owner ) personally handled everything that we needed, and 4 years later when we had a issue, they resolved it asap, without a question. Again best in class service. Pool Docs is the best! They are on top of our pool situation, reliable, and always clean up after themselves. Pool Docs successfully handled the multiple issues our pool had (filter system, chlorine lock.). The entire Pool Docs team is fantastic! Highly recommend!
