As a custom pool builder, we specialize in creating a backyard paradise, incorporating your needs, wants and must-haves into a project that emphasizes family fun and togetherness. We start the process by visiting you at your site location, scouting your property and determining what your vision is for your yard. Selecting one of the pool templates as a starting point, we will then make recommendations about the pool size, look at township setback requirements and add or delete any items you do not want.
We have incorporated a standard on all pools we custom build. That is, environmentally "green" eco-friendly products are installed on all our pools.

Report
Starting with a rough sketches or from designer plans, we can deliver your finished pool faster, and more accurately than you would think possible. After surveying your property lines and determining township setback requirement, a rough sketch will emerge about placement of your pool. Our engineering department will then prepare permits to be submitted to the township building department for approval.

We are enjoying our new pool tremendously!! We have had a wonderful summer with our children - swimming and BBQ-ing in our new backyard. Thank you Paradise Pools and Spas NJ for making our dream backyard come true! We still have questions about our new pool but we aren't worried because we know that they will continue to be there to help us. Thank You,

Paradise Pools and Spa's NJ is a fantastic company! The team are extremely customer focused and live up to every commitment made, and in a time frames agreed upon. The team takes every job serious - from simple water testing to the installation and maintenance of the pool. I highly recommend this company to any customer with a pool or spa!

Would NOT recommend. Terrible customer service. We were left off the schedule after they opened our pool before Memorial Day- we repeatedly called to check in, our pool was in a worse state then when it was first opened. Finally after about three weeks of calling we were out back on the schedule, they were due for a follow up after they did a chemical dump, but have yet to come back.
Again leaving messages as there is settlement of granules that have turned to powered we cannot get out of the pool. Again, leaving messages with no luck. Very disappointing. Of course it's a busy time of year but after 1.5months this is ridiculous and just NOT good business. We have been patient. Would NOT recommend!

Closed my pool last fall, removed the broken heater and repiped to close the now open section of piping from where that was. Scheduling was easy and quick, and staff who I spoke to were nice. That's about where the positive ends. 1. Crew that closed the pool, I was initially impressed by how fast they were in and out, covering the pool and winterizing the system.
I should have known better. The cover was not tight as it should be, I had looking if water all over. Several of the support straps, simply popped off by lifting and weren't even tight. Because of this, all winter sand got blown under and into my pool, I'm still attempting to clean this out, which leads me to the next problem. 2. When they removed my Polaris pool vacuum, they shattered my backup valve.
So now until I get the replacement part in and repair it, no vacuuming. 3. When they removed the heater, they took the easy option to repipe, and caused damage to my system. Instead of removing the old pipe and just rebuilding it to maybe 2 ft of pipe to the chlorinator, they left it as is, and left probably 7ft of piping suspended, unsupported, in the air.
Because of this, as well as the misalignment of the pipe, my chlorinator completely shattered. So I had to go out and replace that now as well, and temporarily have the pipe supported to not snap the joints and chlorinator with the spaghetti nest of piping they left until I rebuild it the right way. 4. When winterized and cleaned the filter, they reassembled it completely wrong, left the collar bolts loose, left sand and dirt all over the gaskets, and didn't relube anything. 5.
When they removed the heater, the cut all my grounding wires, and told me that it was up to me to hire an electrician to repair. They graciously in return didn't charge me the $350 to remove the heater to cover the electrical repairs. 6. The elbow from pump to valve assembly, broken, as well as collar attaching it to the valve. Was fine before they worked on the system, after it was cracked.
So all in all I'm looking at close to $200 in parts alone for repairs, not including labor or what I need to repipe correctly yet. Would never recommend them, will recommend everyone to STAY away.

Nowadays, you get horrible service, or companies just don't show up. I had an amazing experience with Steve (owner) this morning on coming up with a plan for our pool rehab. We have had different pool companies come and give us the run around, but Steve was so knowledgeable, and made me feel hopeful that our backyard is going to become our paradise.
Within 2 minutes of speaking with Steve, I decided that this company is the one we are going to use for this project. I look forward to working with Steve and his company, in making our vision come true. Thank you!

Went looking for pricing for an above ground pool. The webpage said that above ground pools start around $2500 dollars. When we get there he told us the cheapest price he could do for any above ground pool would be $8500 and he rambled on about needing permits and our under ground sprinkler system and basically told us "Sorry for bursting your bubble".
I literally have no clue how he stays in business with his different information and insane pricing. After we left we went up the road to the place in the Walmart/Walgreens shopping plaza and their prices truly did start at $2000. Save yourself the time, frustration and money and stay away from this place. It's no paradise!

3 times I was there and 3 times she went for the lunch and can't test the water because other employee don't know how, and like other review, they open and closes whenever they want and how pool store can run out of shock? Go on rt88, it's 3 stores next to each other and open on weekends and always helpful
