Quality family time or a venue to party, whatever the reason, you'll be surprised to discover the benefits of our pools. Owning your own pool is really more of a lifestyle, similar to the way boating or RVing can be. To some a pool shows prestige and luxury. To many a pool means more time with the family or a way for children to escape TV and video games in the summer. And for others, swimming in a pool is a great way to exercise.
You know your reasons for wanting a pool. But how do you get to the bottom line about the differences between in-ground fiberglass, gunite, and vinyl lined pools?

Hi Matthew & Casey, I just wanted you both to know that we LOVE our pool. We get many compliments on it and as much trouble as it was, everyone- including us- really likes the exposed agg look. It is a dream come true for me and Dave and I are having one of the best summers we've ever had. We've enjoyed it every day since it's been open and plan on continuing to do this for as long as we can.Thanks.

I absolutely love our Leisure Pool. I have owned both vinyl and concrete pools in the past and can tell you without a doubt this is by far the easiest to pool to own. With the Polaris cleaner about all I ever have to do is add chlorine tablets to the dispenser. Also thanks for taking care of the fence. I know that was not a warranty issue.

Highly recommend Luxury Pools and Living. We had never had a pool before and no experience what to expect. We checked out several companies and extremely glad we chose Luxury Pools and Living. Paul made the entire process very informational and educational. Website has so much information in regards to anything you need to know before, during, and after your pool install. Shannon and Jarrett have been great with assisting us with all of our questions. Having the app to enter your pool readings and know what and how much chemicals to use is super user friendly! Way more support than I ever would have expected! So glad we chose Luxury Pools and Living!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had our pool installed two years ago and we love the pool but this company is TERRIBLE! You cant get a hold of anyone ever and when you do they offer ZERO customer service. We paid $300 to have our pool opened and summarized and they only did half of what they were supposed to do with the response "our tech is tight on time so he can't do everything " we paid in advance and no refund offered.
Today we went to check the chemicals and they shut our account down and we were told that we had to put the chemical information on their website for warranty purposes so I guess they have now voided our warranty. This company has no values or ethics so if you are looking to have a pool installed or any work done on your pool I would contact someone else and if you are locked into you contract already read the fine print because they are accountable for nothing!

I have had my pool for almost 4 years. The sales and design process were fantastic, then everything went downhill. Communication was poor throughout the install, unless they needed money, then it was prompt and superfluous. The install itself was a mess. The crew does zero clean up. We are still trying to get concrete off the house and windows from where it splashed.
The pool itself is scratched in several places and there are hammer marks from the automatic cover install. We also spent a lot of time cleaning up messy silicone around the skimmer and the concrete had several cracks after the first year. Every time we have reached out with an issue, it has been assumed that we did something wrong or didn't understand.
The first summer we were losing a lot of water. We were told it was due to evaporation. After several back and forth communications, we finally convinced Matthew that someone needed to assess in person. It was found that, in fact, there was a leak in the skimmer. This was repaired several months after we first reported the issue and we paid a hefty water bill as a result of continuously putting water in the pool.
After the first season, we experienced more leakage, which was a result of cracking inside the skimmer. When I reported the issue, it was assumed we did not winterize the pool properly causing the skimmer to crack. Again, no one came to look at the issue in person, just assumed it was an error on our part. A tech was sent out to perform the repair.
The tech told us the winterization looked appropriate. We were not charged for the repair. The next season, we experienced even more cracking on the skimmer, causing leakage. When I reported the issue again, it was assumed we did not properly winterize the pool. No one came to investigate in person. I am now paying for this repair. The issue is not improper winterization, rather, the pool is unlevel.
When the temperature heads up in the summer, the skimmer swells and cracks. The company would see this for themselves if they would actually show up in person to assess. Overall, communication is terrible and if you report an issue be prepared for a fight. Matthew is always right and will always assume you are in the wrong and that you have no idea what you are talking about.
He is very combative which is evident in his response to other negative reviews. He will also say you are angry and backhanded (his words) when you are simply reporting issues and asking for a solution. I went with Luxury because I wanted a fiberglass pool. If I ever go through this process again, I will not use Luxury even if that means installing a different type of pool. Also - just an aside, a few years ago, they offered incentives for reviews. Take everything you read with a grain of salt.

We could not be happier with our decision to use luxury pools and living. Our install was done in fall of 2020 and even at the height of Covid shut downs our project was completed as scheduled. It's been over a year since the installation was complete and they still quickly reply to any question I may have. Service does not drop off after the sale has been made with this company.
The biggest win is the additional family time we get in summer. Weekends and even some evening often feel like mini vacations in our own yard. We already owned a hot tub and the ease of maintenance with a fiberglass pool was the only surprise and we often joke the pool is easier to balance.

The entire team of Luxury Pools was fantastic to work with. The sales process was clear and the final project was exactly what we ordered and expected. The Office and On-Site management of the project was exceptional. Their level of experience with pool construction was evident and they essentially never required additional details other than what was provided during the initial sales process.
Their employees are hard workers and showed dedication to the project. Everything has turned out great and we are extremely happy with the pool. To this day any questions we send in are answered quickly and we plan to use Luxury Pools services(Opening/Closing/Cleaning) moving forward.

Having Luxury Pools and Living install our pool was one of the best decisions we have made. From top to bottom, everyone there made our pool purchasing/installation an awesome experience. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns. From Paul to Shannon to Matt, they all make you feel as though you are their most important client and I'm sure that is how they make everyone feel. Thank you Luxury Pools and Living!

We love our new pool. Our salesman Casey, was wonderful. Always available for questions concerns instructions. Unfortunately he has left the company. Our pool was built in end if 8/13. They came like a fine oil machine and installed it in one day. The after care leaves a lot to be desired. Can't get anyone to call you back. We have 15 cracks in our concrete approx 3ft in length.
We are not experts and requested Leisure pool come out and look at them. They have refused! We brought the first cracks to their attention within the first 30 days and were told they would revisit in the spring. We have called numerous times and emailed. We sent photo at their request. We told them photos do show the length and numbers of the cracks.
There response is concrete is guaranteed to crack and will not come out to even look at them. This was a big expense for us. Once they got the last payment the customer service went from 10 to 2. There are some nice person in the office. I would not recommend Leisure Pools of Columbus. There is NO after care!!!
