We moved into a house with an old pool that was in need of major repairs (old corroded, under concrete pipes). Because Pacific Pools was so busy, I met with 3 other pool contractors while we waited for Pacific to get time on their schedule for our project. I realized after meeting with the other contractors that I couldn't really trust anyone else to do the job. Jeff and Jimmy are both very professional, skilled, and honest.
We felt that things were properly communicated to us, and that we were taken care of. Kelly, who spoke to us on the phone numerous times, is honest and up front. I highly recommend Pacific Pools. They are busy for a reason!
