We like to keep a close working relationship with our customers during the whole process of building your pool. From the very first appointment you will not be dealing with a sales agent. You will be dealing directly with the owner of the business. When it is time to have your pool installed, John will be onsite to make sure that every thing is as the customer wants. We use our own crews, not subcontractors! From start to finish and any other time you can reach John Drames, Jr, the owner, directly. We believe in customer satisfaction and in order to do this we feel it necessary to be available to our customers, personally .

Thanks for using an above ground system for our in ground salt pool. We can't even get a better one, or the one we need because YOU tried to get one over on us. Should've listened to people who said you were Going to screw us and you did. I'm sure you'll delete this but I left a review on YELP too! You're so unprofessional and as you tell everyone what a wonderful Christian you are, you should be telling everyone what a fraudster you are.

We called around to find someone to replace our liner. Most companies said it would be months to get out to us and get it done. It was going to be weeks before they could come measure even. This company stopped by the same day, gave us a quote, also recommended a salt system which we were interested in, and got us set up to move forward. The company kept us updated on the status of the liner (liners are slow to ship right now), came out as soon as it was in and got everything set up and running. The work crew was friendly, the owner was professional and very friendly. We love the new liner and the pool looks awesome!

John was able to answer all of my pool related questions and was very honest and insightful. Unfortunately I live a bit too far away for him to install my pool, but he still took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me a ton of great information. He was very polite, personable, and didn't rush me off the phone like a few other pool companies have. He also encouraged me to call him with back if I had any other questions or concerns. Beware! The owner of this company is con artist. Please do your homework before settling for this company. There are other pool companies out there that are fair and will not gouge you. I can not stress it more. Stay away from these people When you rip people off you usually try to forget. I urge people to look at your other reviews. It's not just me.
Please pray for me because I can use prayer to get my life back after being ripped off by you. You need to ask God for help for yourself to be a better person to people and not an opportunist. John and his son and team were phenomenal from day one! They are professional and personable. whenever we ran into questions I had he would be prompt in response. I never felt alone throughout the entire process. He took care of everything. Suffolk Pool Builders are A1 in the pool industry and will deliver what they say! I would recommend anytime any day!
