Signature Pools

I am not a current client of Signature Pools, but got their name as a recommendation. I spoke with Jessica yesterday and she answered several of my questions and volunteered other pertinent information. I will DEFINITELY be utilizing their services to open, close and everything in between I may need. Thank you so much for your time Jessica!

Mrs. Jessica is an Angel! This is our second year owning an inground pool. With the rising cost, many people are trying to save money in any way possible. So this year my husband and I decided to do the up keep and maintenance. We replace two pumps, the no flow switch etc. Still the water pressure was low. After calling several pool companies most only wanted to service our pool or charge ridiculously high rates to troubleshoot. Mrs. Jessica returned my call.

This amazing women took me step by step and educated me on how to properly service our pool. This amazing women gave me her time. She did not try to sale me any type of service. Spoke with the awesome JESSICA for hours on getting my pool (new pool owner) opened and she explained literally EVERYTHING and texted me the the to-do list for reference! I had a horrible experience with my pool opening from another company and tried doing it by myself miserably. I called signature pools not knowing what to do and they are booked for a while so the woman I spoke to took them time to walk me through how to clean the filter, what chemicals I needed, and what to do to finish getting my pool ready. She also explained why I had to do certain things since I clearly don't know a lot about owning a pool still. I can't thank this company enough and will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them!

One word - AMAZING! Incredibly responsive and actually takes time to make sure I understand not only the "what" but also the "why". I have never had such a great customer experience. They helped with my salt water cell, with my DE tank, with my variable speed pump, with cleaning, maintenance all summer and then winterizing. Now that summer is approaching they are getting my beautiful pool, ready to go all over again!

I have been a pool owner for only two years so I am still learning. No matter how many YouTube videos I watched, I was unable to diagnose the problem with my salt water pool. I had been previously using the services of another company; and a friend referred me to Signature Pools. I must say that I have never received such a high level of customer service from ANY retailer or service provider.

We recently had a pool installed by Signature Pools. The service from day one has been outstanding. Ed and Jessica are both very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have texted Jessica on several occasions regarding questions that I have had due to being a new pool owner, she responds promptly (even on the weekends). I highly recommend Signature Pools!

I absolutely love Jessica and Signature Pools! I had an air leak in my system and did everything that I could think of to find it. I texted Jessica with my issue and wanted to know if there any openings for them to come take a look. Unfortunately they were booked for the rest of the year. You'd think that would've been the end of our messaging but NOPE! Based off of the information that I provided her initially, she responded with a few things for me to check and try.

I did exactly what she told me to do in the messages and it worked! Now my pool is operating at it's full potential. Thank you Jessica and Signature Pools! Even though I couldn't get an appointment, you still took the time to help make sure that my problem was resolved

Signature Pools is simply the best around. We were having an issue with our pump last year that other contractors either couldn't figure out or wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to fix. On top of that nearly all of them were extremely reckless with COVID-19 precautions and being in the middle of a pandemic that was no good. We got Signature Pools to come out and they instantly figured out what was up and had us up and running cheaply in no time, all while keeping safety first and foremost for us and their staff. J was extremely professional, punctual, and constantly kept us in the loop of what the status of things were.

We really loved the level of customer service they provided and vowed to use them again. They just finished opening our pool for the summer, and honestly it couldn't have been easier. Once again very prompt, accommodating, and all around A+ for us. Highly recommend them if you need help with your pool.
