The company was founded out of the growing need for neutral customer advocates in the industry. Historically, when a customer wanted to build a pool, they would have called a pool company and been at the mercy of their honesty, or dishonesty, during the entire design/build process. As a customer advocate, we are focused on bettering the construction process and customer service for those homeowners and builders interested in having a gunite pool designed and built for their new or existing home. Since we are on your side and work for you, we use our knowledge of every phase of design and construction to ensure that your pool is built exactly as it was designed and the equipment is properly installed and maintained. We basically take the worry out of the design and building process, while offering service options for the ongoing maintenance for your gunite pool and spa.
