Diamond Pools

I don't think Diamond is actually a pool company. My guess is that it's a company that gets leads for other companies. I wasn't able to talk to anyone live and after they changed my appointment at the last minute, I requested they call me and I've not heard from them since. Pretty unprofessional and disappointing.

After a devastating fire Diamond pools did tile repairs, acid bath, and all new above ground equipment for us. Trevor worked with us every step of the way and when we have questions he follows up quickly. Six weeks later we had questions and he spent time showing us again about all of our equipment. Great people, great customer service. We would highly recommend them.

Waited for the owner Trevor to show up 2 times. No show, no call. The administration lady Danika that was handling the email & phone correspondences was not accommodating- At All. Don't waste your time, move on & save yourself the frustration of terrible customer service.

Quoted an absolute ridiculous price (65k) without even coming to my property to take measurements! We're talking about a very small basic pool (10'x16') with construction access from the field behind our home. The topper was the upgrade option- I could add a pebble finish mere 5k more. 70k for a 10x16 pool! On a positive note: Dani was great! Quick response time and super friendly!

Trevor and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on our pool and spa project. He actually finished earlier than expected! 28 days later we were swimming in our new pool. Trevor was on the job site everyday making sure everything was on track and going as planned. We love everything from the tile to the magic bowls and the ease of the Pentair app to turn on the heater, pool lights and water features from our phones.

We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamond Pools. Trevor did a good job of guiding us through the process of picking out what options would work to meet our vision in the best way possible. We are very happy with our new pool!

I sell real estate. I deal with all sorts of tradespeople/contractors/designers in every capacity as they relate to homes/landscape. We had been planning our pool installation for nearly 8 years when we found Chris. I had 2 other quotes and they were either higher or flaky, and Chris was not only nice and personable, he was down to earth, and he was really straight-forward.

The install went a lot quicker than I expected, especially considering we needed a retaining wall. I had given Chris a design for the pool, and he had given me recommendations on what he thought would add/benefit the design I had been carrying around with me for 8 years, and his ideas were perfect. When it came down to the color (for the water) I was stumped and had not thought of this.

I described to Chris a general idea of what I wanted it to be like, and he recommended the one we ended up going with: it was EXACTLY what I would have wanted (if I knew what I wanted!), and this project came out MUCH more amazing than I had even dreamed possible. My kids spend EVERY waking minute in that pool, and when SIP is not happening, we have everyone and their Mother over here too. Neighbors just come over and knock or call to use the pool.

It is what I always wanted. Chris and his crew and their attention to detail, timeliness with the project, and easygoing nature were wonderful to work with. I would and do recommend them constantly, as they are a class act!

Diamond Pools and Trevor were absolutely amazing! I can't say enough great things! Everyone was extremely professional and did a great job! Trevor always made sure to communicate with us about what was going on and what would happen next. We were shocked at how fast and easy they made the process. From the day they started digging to the day we filled it, it took about a month. We cannot be happier and absolutely love our pool!

Chris was nothing short of spectacular. We originally went with another pool builder, but after 2 months of talking, planning and designing, we hadn't even broken ground. We had Chris come and talk with us about our plan and after just a few days of planning, we signed the contract and paid deposit on Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, we had a permit and equipment in the back yard.

Within one solid week, our 12' by 35' pool was dug, rebar done, plumbing/electrical was done and the concrete was shot. They do everything in house except for the concrete. Chris was here personally overseeing nearly every step. He kept us informed and any issues were addressed and fixed quickly and professional. He even took an afternoon to take us by some of his completed pools to see finishings and colors and we greatly appreciated it!

We had a complicated build including a automatic pool cover, tile along the steps/bench, 3 waterfall features in a raised wall and a lot of colored/stamped concrete. There was a wait for the coping which was made by another company. Part of the wait was due to us wanting to personally see the colors/coping and it was during the busy season. Going in to a pool build, you have to have realistic expectations of how long it will take, but Chris was great in keeping us up to date.

We are very happy with the way things turned out and would/have recommended him to our friends and family. Chris has earned my respect and we would consider him an expert pool builder. Thanks for all the hard work Chris!

I cannot say enough great things about Trevor and Diamond Pools! We bought a home with a pool and had zero clue how to use it. Even blew a hole in a pipe trying to learn. Trevor replumbed our whole system and made it very user friendly. Took the time to show us how to use it all with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Thank you!

My dad works in this company ive been to multiple of jobs and wow he does a good job. He is a wonder full digger and Chris is a wonderful guy. If you've been planning to get a pool or get a remodel I recommend this company 100 percent!

We decided to go with diamond pools based on the price, timeline and customer service they initially provided. By August 9th we signed a contract with them. Initially we were dealing with Trevor the co-owner of Diamond Pools. He had great customer service and was upfront about cost and the timeline of the project. Trevor assessed our backyard and ensured us that the project would start by mid September.

After signing the contract we had not heard from Trevor or any representative from DP. After sever attempts to contact Trevor, he sent a text stating he was busy and he would send his co-owner to talk with us. Chris Curtis the co-owner who happens to be Trevor's dad met us in person and performed his own assessment. He ensured us the project was on schedule and they would move forward once he got the "OK" from the city engineers.

From that point forward Chris was our person of contact. Unfortunately he was rude, had Terrible customer service and was arrogant. Mid September Chris notified us that the city approved the project but Chris and diamond pools would "pass" on our project. Deciding to go with Diamond Pools delayed our project start date by 2 months. Dealing with Chris at Diamond Pools was very unpleasant! We are now working with Swan Pools who is a little more expensive but well worth the money!

Top notch. Best of the best. Called Chris to get a quote. He came out and thoroughly explained the pool replastering process. He and his amazing crew worked diligently and within a week we had a beautiful new pool. I highly recommend these folks if you are considering remodeling your pool.

Diamond Pools and Spa responded quickly, came out and gave a quote and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. He was super professional, answered all the million questions I had (haha). Our pool looks new and amazing we get so many compliments, I love the pool. Thank you Diamond pools and work staff.

We just have our pool refinished by Diamond Pools and they did an awesome job. We were very nervous about choosing the right company for the job because of course you want it done right. We had 2 other companies come out telling us different things and we were hoping we made the right decision. I'm happy to say, we made the right choice by going with Diamond Pools.

Once we chose them, the process go going right away. We picked out our pool color (we went with a pebble material), then the tile, we had our chip out date then a few days later our pool was being filled again. They were quick, professional, and knowledgable. I couldn't be more pleased. Trevor, the project manager, was there to answer all our questions and was quick to response. I would absolutely recommend them!

We received several estimates for a pool this past spring. Most of them designed what "they" thought would look good vs what I wanted. Chris designed exactly what I asked, created both on paper and came and drew it out in the backyard so I could see how it would fit with the rest of the landscaping. When we signed the contract he explained how long each step would take and was true to his word.

Everyone who worked on the project was extremely polite, kind and professional. The pool and spa turned out amazing. There were a couple minor problems, which he came and fixed immediately. I would recommend Diamond Pools and Spas for any new or remodel.

All I can say is WOW! Diamond Pools did a great job and our project manager Trevor is the best. I really enjoy having a pool company with it's own employees at the site. every person I talked and worked with was great. They also provided guidance around our ideas and really supported our thoughts and concerns. At the end of the project we have a beautiful pool/spa that our family will enjoy for many years to come. Chris Curtis at Diamond Pools is a complete professional. Easy to work with, communicative, straightforward, no frills. He was able to get my pool resurfaced, new tile, new filter, pump, drains, pool light, autofill and saline in less than 2 weeks! His crew is hardworking and efficient. He has a lot of respect in the community. I am so thrilled with my new pool! Call him right away!

I called for information about getting my waterfall/pond pumps cleaned out. Within an hour they came to see what I needed and gave me an estimate and a time frame of getting it done. Two hours later a team of two men arrived to do the clean up. They were professional and got right to work. It was completed in the time frame I was given and my kids enjoyed their kind interactions while they worked.

They cleaned up the pumps and also the area surrounding the pond when they were through. I recommend them for others who want to maintain their ponds but don't have the time to devote to it yourself.

We finally got a call back. I was informed that me and 110 other people want pools. They are booked through the end of August (a whopping 6 weeks) and will call me then if they can fit me in. The gentleman advised me that if I find someone in the mean time to go ahead with my project elsewhere. Noted. Talk about the worst business practice ever. Plus the guy had attitude about me calling so many times, only to return my call and tell me they don't have time for me. Here's some tips if anyone at this business reads their reviews: 1) don't tell people you don't have time for them. (Wish I remembered his name)!

Make an appt give and estimate and set a start date, even if it's months out people will wait. It's construction everyone knows it's not an over night process. 2) if you are that busy get more estimators. Pull your best laborers up and make them foremen so you can run more crews. 3) be organized. Know your work timeline at all times, my husbands company is booked out but they can always tell you a start date.

They have four whiteboard calendars on the wall to track which crew is going where when. If you choose to wait or go with another company it is then up to you. This business could be run so much better.

I selected Diamond Pools based on competitive bidding and Yelp feedback and I am glad I did. I believed my needs to be around pool equipment and pool equipment plumbing, however I am not a pool expert, so there is always a concern of someone coming in and overselling. Chris' first visit was a consultative one, at no cost, however it was immensely valuable as he was able to map out the specific problem areas and also suggest areas of improved efficiency (example, less energy for same or better results).

I requested, and got, a quote to replace my pump, heater and all of the associated plumbing (immediately connected to the equipment). I reached out to several of Chris' competitors as well, and got some mixed results. Only one was willing to come out at no cost, and he attempted to way oversell; the other two provided me "tentative" quotes over the phone and indicated they could come out on a consultative call but only for a fee ($75 - $95). Chris' pricing was not the lowest, however his service covered all of my needs: the two lower bidders would not provide all of the services.

For example, one required me to hire an electrician separately and the other one would not repair the plumbing. Given all that, I made the decision to award the project to Chris. He and his team came in did the work when he said he would, completed everything in a day (which is what he had promised) and followed up a couple of times with some training, and also minor additional scope-creep requests I dropped on him.

I now have a fully functioning pool and spa, I am extremely happy with the results. I was also very happy with Chris' overall process and would like to add that he ensured that all work was tidy and his team cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Diamond Pools.

Diamond Pools is the real deal. We had a pool that needed a replaster and tile job badly. Within 1 week I had a new pool on my hands and it looks amazing! Chris and his team delivered on all counts.
