We decided to build a pool in 2002. We surveyed several companies including Logan Pools. We selected Logan Pools because of the in-depth presentations and explanations provided. Our satisfaction level with them was extremely high. At a couple of different points, we felt that there might be issues. We called Logan Pools and someone was dispatched almost immediately to check on our issues.
In each case my concerns we're not valid. Through the entire process including the building of the pool, the decking and start-up walkthroughs, we have been totally pleased and satisfied. One of my most memorable encounters with Mike Logan occurred during the gunite pour when it was determined that the dimensions of the 'dig' had been too large. Rather than 'short-cut' the process which would have saved money for Logan Pools, Mike chose to bear the cost of pouring additional gunite which also assured stability!
I am now in the process of remodeling and asked Mike to provide me with some expert counsel as I evaluated options. He has recommended that I have the work done by a company which had provided a bid to keep me in their schedule during a very busy year for plastering (also a company he uses to subcontract his work). He has at each stage helped me to select the best options for pool maintenance and value while continuing to educate me.
Thus far he has refused to accept any consulting fee, certainly one of the indicators of his care for his reputation even decades after initial pool building. I'm pretty tenacious, so I'll work at finding ways to humbly express my appreciation! I highly recommend Logan Pools and do not believe it possible to find a better or more trustworthy pool builder!

Start off by thinking I want to have a pool and spa built for my family so I decided to Call Logan pools to ask for a quote. I had Heard a lot of great things about this company. I spoke directly with the owner Mike Logan and I was asked what I was looking for!(well I'm looking to have a pool built) ( I have never owned a pool before) not really sure what I'm looking for!
That's why I called you (pool design and construction) the response I got was I only build a limited amount of pools a year and don't do basic pools. I only want to do pools if there going to be in a magazine I don't think I will be able to help you. I then asked if he would recommend a company who would be interested in building a pool? He responded no he doesn't.
There's no contractors that build to my standards In this area! Those must be the standards of blowing off a paying customer. Didn't even bother to want to visit the site or talk about a budget. You have one thing right you won't be able to help me. I will have to look for a company with better family values and willingness to want to work. I will go elsewhere with my 85,000 dollar budget

I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience working with Mike Logan & Logan Pools. My project started from a true "blank slate" new construction yard (with nothing but sand!) and Mike transformed it into a yard that we absolutely love! (before & after pics show the transformation) Mike handled every detail of each stage of the project seamlessly from beginning to end.
He really listened to me during the design process & I learned so much about the whole process during those invaluable planning sessions. He was always here early in the mornings whenever his work crews arrived & he checked in on every detail to make sure there was clear direction & communication each step of the way, which made such a huge difference in the process.
He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and he insists on high standards so, while you might find a company willing to build your pool cheaper, you will never find one who will take as much care to give you the absolute best product that can be built. He hung in there with me when I changed my mind constantly on details like tile choice & he stayed professional and kind every step of the way. I recommend him without any reservation and promise if you select him for your pool, you will be in good hands!

Mike at Logan pools is great. Very professional always had a schedule update for us whenever we saw him. Mike built our pool 20 years ago and we love it as much today as we did 20 years ago. We choose Pebble Tech when the pool was build but now it is time to resurface. Mike came out and suggested a newer product Wet Edge Prism Matrix and the color we choose was Eclipse. We couldn't be happier with the results. Mike is a good guy and has his customers best interests at heart.

We just completed our pool project with Logan Pools. Mike was wonderful to work with and we enjoyed the process very much. All the sub-contractors were on time courteous and professional. Our new pool is gorgeous, easy to maintain and lots of fun to swim in. Mike listened to us and designed a pool that met (or exceeded!) all of our needs. He got the pool done on time and was great at letting us know when things would be done. I would highly recommend Logan Pools to anyone who would like their pool done right!

Don't waste your time with amateurs. Mike Logan from Logan Pools is a professional. I had other bids from other builders but none of the other builders could answer all my questions like Mike. He was able to explain why he builds his pool the way he does. I felt like I was being educated and not being sold to. The other builders were so focused on what they could build for what price and it showed in the designs. Logan Pools design was amazing and had all the features that we had asked Mike for.
It showed that he had listened to every word during our consultation. I was also impressed that Mike was an award winning designer and was as good at the landscaping as the pool. The end result was a beautiful pool and landscaping that complimented each other. I must admit that whenever I see another pool I always compare it to my Logan pool and I am amazed at the quality compared to my friends pools.
Don't waist your time as I did waiting for the other builders to get back to me or canceling appointments. Mike is always available and if I have any questions I can call him any time. Thank you Mike our family is loving our new resort in our backyard! The Davis Family.

From start to finish Mike Logan from Logan pools was great to deal with. He laid out the entire process and all the costs up front - there were no surprises. When we had questions, Mike was there to answer them. When we had issues (like any large construction project, when installing an in ground pool there will always be issues), Mike was there to solve them.
When we wanted changes, Mike accommodated them. Mike is very easy going and very easy to work with. But Mike went above and beyond just building our pool. My wife and I were redoing the entire back yard after the pool went in and we were having trouble deciding exactly what we wanted. Mike took his own personal time on a number of occasions after the pool was done to meet with us and talk about landscaping ideas, recommending different types of plants and stones, and even double checking the pricing on some of the landscaping bids we received. We love our new pool. Our experience with Mike was terrific and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking about installing a pool of their own.

It's been over 10 years since Mike Logan built my pool and I wanted to put in a few good words for his company, Logan Pools. The construction process was extremely fast, the workers were very professional and the quality of their work is top notch. My pool still looks great and everything works. Logan Pools has along standing reputation and is not a fly-by-night company. Mike stands by his pools and has been available through the years to answer maintenance questions and offer repair tips. I'm glad I chose Logan Pools over the other pool builders I met because it's paid off in the long run! Jason Arone

Logan Pools is an excellent pool contractor. Mike Logan is very professional and builds quality pools. We had our pool and spa built in 2002. We have a pebble tech finish with the Care Taker 99 in-floor cleaning system. We have all Sta- Rite equipment. We have been extremely happy with the equipment and pool operation. I had Mike Logan install a variable speed pump about a year ago.
It has saved me energy costs. It's also very quiet. I call Mike every few months with a question about the pool. He always returns my phone calls and gives me very good advice. I appreciate that he didn't just build the pool and go away. He has been very supportive. I HIGHLY recommend Mike Logan and Logan Pools.
