Jim, Ann - Your crew was here yesterday working on the pool repairs . We were talking to our next door neighbor, Bob, this morning. Yesterday, while your guys were, Bob (who is 83 years old) had just returned home from picking up his wood chipper which had been in the shop for repair. The chipper was on the back of Bob's pick-up truck, and he was trying to figure out how to get it off the truck.

When your guys saw his predicament, they went over, took the chipper off the truck and went right back to work. So, please pass on to the crew and, particularly , to your management that Bob was really impressed that the crew was willing to help. I'm sure that he'll be talking to the neighbors about it.

WORST possible customer service. Lead me on for two weeks to get on their service tech's schedule, finally got an appointment and the guy didn't show up! I called to see when he would be here and they told me I'd have to wait another MONTH because they "take care of our own customers first." So rude, so unprofessional, their word is worth nothing - AVOID!
