Hope you don't have to call. The woman who answers the phone is just a miserable person and just plain rude. I had a question about the closing and she responds back "I don't know how to answer your question" It wasn't a difficult question do they add this when closing? If you hate your job, why not find another one. Will never use them again!

Had pool closed & winterized Sept. 17th. Technician took pool closing tool from my yard. Called office 3 times to have it returned. Woman on the phone rude, ignorant and sarcastic. Sent bill for $481.24,w ill pay when I get my tool. This is the second tool taken from me. I put this one away from the cover so they wouldn't find it. They found it, took it and gouged up my driveway when they backed up the incline. Seems like service going down hill. Can't recommend.

Booked with Denis back in March and his guys were in and out quickly. Restoring a 40 year old pool with new wall supports stairs plumbing lighting and coping! They returned quickly to put in a new liner after the deck was poured. Great group of guys very professional and hardworking! They even returned twice to check everything was running smoothly and water was balanced.

The lady who answers the phone here is the rudest person I have ever met. I did nothing to this woman, had a couple of questions of what their services included and she treated me like I was dumb and not worth her time. After treating me horrible for a couple of minutes she then decides to let me know they are not taking new clients and as I went to answer her she hung up on my face. This is so unprofessional and unnecessary if you are having a bad day you should never take it out on an innocent client who just had A couple questions. Shame on her.

I went with the EcoPro pool finish vs a replaster. Midnight blue color. The transformation from white plaster is indescribable. The eco finish is smoother, the water is crystal clear and a Caribbean deep blue that changes color with the sun angles during the day. Dennis was fantastic to work with, and his crew was professional and friendly. Awesome company to deal with, and the EcoFinish is the way to go over plaster.
Quite a process to watch it be applied. A giant flamethrower spraying molten plastic over the gunite. Wish i had done this in the first place. Water chemistry is also rock solid as there is no plaster to react with. Was about 30% more than plaster, but I suspect i will recover this in pool chemical costs. Plus it looks so good, so I do not really care, it was well worth the new look.
