He replaced of all of the tiles, replastered the bottom and, after the pool was refilled, he chemically balanced the water too. His attention to detail and diligence in completing the project to perfection were absolutely outstanding! Additionally, his price was very competitive and, if anything, he did more than he promised or we expected. His work ethic is especially admirable and based upon our experience with many other contractors, who we have engaged over the years, we could not be more pleased with Ghenadie's performance.

Western Pool refinished our pool. We were having other work done at our house at the same time and they graciously adjusted their schedule and still finished in a timely manner. These guys do great work. We had them resurface our 29' x 15' x 8' pool and install new plumbing, so in addition to stripping old paint, re-plastering, and re-tiling, they replaced the skimmer, the bottom drain, the return, and all of the pipe to/from the pump in the ground, and the pool light. I've already recommended them to friends. Ghenadie is professional, responsive, and timely. The price is fair-I didn't have any surprises on the final invoice which was in-line with the original quote.

Ghenadie and team resurfaced and placed new tiles in our pool. I couldn't be more pleased with how engaged, professional, experienced and friendly Ghenadie was throughout the entire experience! Ghenadie was patient with my myriad of questions, providing sound advice to me (as a relatively new pool owner). He also proactively coordinated with the company who cleans and does the chemicals for my pool. The pool looks beautiful and can't wait to heat it up the first of May. Western Pool & Spa did a wonderful job on re-servicing our in ground pool. They were extremely helpful and very professional. During this time of social distancing we were not sure how it was going to work. Everything worked out perfectly. They were on time and budget. They did a great job of cleaning up afterward. They left no debris behind. Unlike other contractors that we have hired in the past.
