I want you to know your efforts are greatly appreciated, and will continue to be appreciated through the years of family fun. There are very few people with the artistic ability to do what you did, and when combined with your honesty, integrity and hard work; you are in a class by yourself. It was a breath of fresh air doing business with you.

Our back yard used to be an area where we would go through only to take the trash to the alley. After putting in the water feature from Natural Stone Pools our yard has been transformed into a sactuary. Rarely a day goes by that we don't sit there and enjoy the tranquility and beauty. What used to be an embarrassment is now the focal point of our landscaping and the envy of our friends.

You won't find someone with more experience than these folks. They are the absolute best. Not only are they the very best and most knowledgeable pool builders but they are also great people. I felt like a member of the family working with them. I've never been more pleased with any business I've worked with.

Just spoke with jerry. And he said " you know what.call a different pool company!" His wife, who was very helpful, friendly and very informative scheduled an appointment for us at 5pm Tuesday. He called later that day and said he couldn't make it but could do Saturday at 10am. I agreed. 11am he was a no show. I called and he said "I thought we scheduled this for 12?" I assumed him it was 10.

He said "ok I can be there at 1pm."? I thought you just said you thought it was at 12. "Well I was going to stop by somewhere else first". Jerry, you rescheduled on us the other day, you didn't show at the time you were supposed to today and then you want to show up at 1 instead of 12? "You know what, call a different pool company! I don't need your work and I have plenty of business right now". Jerry, I didn't do anything wrong, you are the one not showing up or rescheduling. "Look, we got off on a bad foot and I would just rather not deal with you!" he said "Thank you" and hung up.

First of "We" did not get off on a bad foot. You did! You were being unprofessional by not honoring you appointment times and by being rude when confronted by your unprofessionalism. It could have easily gone another way if you would have just said sorry you right, or I forgot or made a mistake. However you chose to be snippy and rude about it and acted like a teenager who just got called out.

I am glad to know who I am dealing with before I get knee deep in a $120,000 project with you only to find out your unprofessional and throw tantrums when called out on your work ethic. This pool is part of a $300,000 remodel to my home. I liked you prior work and photos but I will gladly go with the one of the other companies that was professional and showed up.

Might I suggest Gregg Whitley at Venture Custom Pools. They have 124 reviews and a 4.4 rating. Compared to your 11 and lower rating. Such a shame because your pool photos LOOK nice and your wife was so great and professional but you were truly a jerk!

We just built a pool with Natural Stone and we love it. I love the fact the owners are daily at the job site and has open communication throughout the project. We would highly recommend them.

Jerry and team built a really beautiful pool for us in Murphy in early 2017. They brought in truckloads of huge natural stones to build a grotto and waterfall. There was an initial issue with the heating system, but they came back to dig up the original install and make everything right. We have referred Natural Stone Pools to several friends in the neighborhood and will continue to do so when opportunity arises.

Natural Stone pools is a superior pool building/remodeling company! In 2017 my husband and I decided it was time to remodel our pool and upgrade the backyard amenities. We had several pool companies out to give bids and their interpretation of what we wanted. Shannon and Jerry were hands down the best in design, creativity and price. I feel like we just were super blessed to have chosen them!

The quality of stone work is amazing. We've had so many compliments from pretty much anyone that enters our backyard paradise. I've had professionals in the home building industry tell me how gorgeous our backyard is and how they don't even see this kind of quality work at million dollar homes. I don't know why I let so much time go without posting a review since I tend to rely on them myself. If you are looking to build or remodel a backyard paradise of your own, do not hesitate to call Natural Stone pools!

Shannon and Jerry Borders created a once in a lifetime pool for us. We have a large yard pool which they surrounded with fantastic boulders, fountains, spa and beach front. Our deck is absolutely huge and lovely. They created gardens, pavilion area and worked a lovely design around our patio and deck and connected everything with a stunning design.

We had tremendous rains during our pool build which slowed everything down for a while, yet they remained fastidious in working as hard as humanly possible to keep forging ahead until our pool was finished. When we look at our pool, it is better than any vacation we have ever seen. Natural Stone Pools installed a water feature on our existing, recently installed pool. We didn't know exactly what the completed product would be, as we gave him artistic license to complete it. The project went smoothly even with a few rain delays. When the water feature was completed, we were in complete awe. It was so much greater than what we were expecting.

It completely changed the pool. We had issues with our pool contractor and small problems with the pool and this water feature made us forget about them. Now I wish we would've had Jerry do the pool for us. We are thinking about putting more features in our pool, and Jerry will be the only one that we contact.

The worst contractor I have ever worked with. Jerry was rarely on site to oversee the construction of my new pool and when I complained, he said " his guys know what to do". The concrete surround mourned the pool is now cracking - pool is only 9 months new! Jerry is dismissive and condescending and I would STAY AWAY from him / Natural Stone Pools in hindsight!

We used our friends at Natural Stone Pools to redo our backyard landscaping and patio and they did a beautiful job. If you are looking for creativity and something different and unique then look no further than Jerry and Shannon Borders.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Natural Stone Pools over a year ago. We wanted to put a pool in our backyard but there were some issues with our city and some red tape we had to go through.
