Hobert is amazing! Pool construction is a long and complicated journey. Every step of the way they were thorough and responsive to our needs! Super happy with each contractor as they were each masters at their craft! Highly recommend Hobert from Matt (designer) to both Aaron's (foremen) and Dylan and Shan (pool school and set up). Thank you for going through this journey with us and being so patient with all of our questions and concerns. 5 stars highly recommend!

Do Not call Hobert Pools for an install unless you want to waste your time. I made an appoint, a week in advance, only to be contacted, by Matt Rivas, the night before my appointment to enquire about my "pool expectations" and to inform me I would have a trip charge and be waiting over a year to install Because i wasn't One of his close customers.
If you're not interested in servicing the area I live in, you should not make appointments and waste people's time, especially when you speak with "the boss", Duke, to make the appointment!

We are very pleased with the end result. Portions of the process were frustrating, but ultimately they have taken care of all of the issues that came up. There are a couple of outstanding items, which I believe will be handled. We chose Hobert due to their reputation to make it right when issues occur. They have done that. The process took 6 months, which was definitely longer than we expected. The project turned out wonderful, however.

We would like to thank Hobert Pools for our pool Construction. Steve was an awesome project manager. Anytime we had questions during the process he was very honest and up front with us. The pool turned out just the way we were hoping for. Dillon came out to perform the startup and he was very professional with pool school and all of the processes. I would recommend these two guys to anyone looking for a pool construction.

Terrible, terrible terrible! Spend more money if you need to but DO NOT go here! My pool build went from a dig date of January and finish of March/April, to dig date of March 28th and completion of August once I signed the contract. Manager didn't care the salesman lied to me even though I had it in writing from the salesman. Lies already and the project wasn't even started yet.cancelled with them and finding someone else who is honest and ethical to work with.

Wanted to thank everyone at Hobert Pools for helping me out yesterday with my pool. I bought a house with a pool and had no idea how to take care of it. Tim came out and was super awesome! He went through all aspects of my system and explained everything to us clearly. Also appreciate that he was honest and forthright, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary products.
It's getting more and more difficult to find honest service companies these days. I have Hobert in my contact list and they'll be the first to hear from me when/if I need help.

They came over, measured yard, drew up a plan with us, explained the process and built a beautiful pool, patio and outdoor kitchen. It took a while to get started because of rain but once they started it went well. They finished every little problem and the backyard is an oasis that we love. Price was reasonable and workmanship is excellent. Thanks a Hobert Pools.

First time I've dealt with Hobert Pools and most certainly wont be the last. Great communication, and excellent customer service. Customer service seems to have disappeared in the last few years with most companies, so dealing with the great people at Hobert was a pleasant surprise. Keep up the great work Hobert and thank you.

I am a present not customer not client (less personal). My wife and I have been slow and investigative in our decision to hire Hobart as our custom pool and outdoor designer. After receiving 3 offers Hobart was the most satisfying with their designs and communication (telling us what we wanted to hear. Like best equipment I will be with you, you are the most important etc.
They were far from the cheapest you pay for convenience....or do you. We decide on them sign contract then the next thing in I am signing a contract for them not being responsible for damage etc etc. not by the sales person but the ops manager - so much for I will be there. The next 6 weeks go ok they demo the prop....35%payment....they ignite the pool 30% then finish the coping another 35% I ask on DEC. 12 about the rest of the work I am told do not worry we are not going anywhere.
Really today is Feb 16 tile work not complete grill not installed outdoor bath just a shell. Still waiting on final electrical inspection.

GREAT PRICE!
GREAT QUALITY!
GREAT SERVICE! They have quality not much of the other 2.
