We are Memphis' oldest and largest fiberglass pool builders. We are family owned and operated, since 1970. We provide professional sales, service and installation of one-piece fiberglass pools in various styles.
A quality fiberglass pool is manufactured from expensive, high quality raw materials. The quality is controlled from start to finish. A strong pool is delivered to your backyard and is ready to be installed quickly. Not all manufacturers use the same products. A quality fiberglass pool should be warranted for a lifetime due to their structural superiority. Check your warranties. We carry a limited lifetime warranty.

Been dealing with Catalina pools for weeks now. They came out, surveyed my land, and gave me a contract to sign. The contract had the wrong pool on it, so I asked for the revised copy with the correct pool and features we wanted. They never sent it or followed up with me. I then called to have them email me the revised contract so I could get on the install list.
I asked for an itemized breakdown, where they were now charging me $4,000 more than what I was quoted for the pool I wanted. I called Brenda out on the up charge to have her explain it to me. She said it was the new cost of the Imperial as of August 1st. She said that she ran out of the ones that she quoted me and because the cost to build them went up, she had to charge me more.
I told her that was lousy, and they should have told me that the contract was time sensitive, or that the price may be increasing. She jacked the price up on me within one week, even with a contract. She then said that she would go ahead and honor the original price and told me she would email me everything. She never followed up with me. I followed up AGAIN a few days later to see where the contract was because I wanted to get on the list ASAP.
She said that she never sent it out because the owner would not honor the initial price they quoted me. Whats the point of a contract if you don't honor it? Additionally, if this is how they treat a POTENTIAL customer, think about how they are going to act after you've given them money when there's an issue with service, warranty etc.
I feel like they took advantage of me after looking at my house, knowing I'm military, and knowing that I am a cash customer. We've chosen to take our business elsewhere. Also the owner is a cocky guy that told me he's got so many deals that they are falling off his desk. Maybe that's why he can afford to screw people over because he's not hard up for business right now.

We used Catalina Pools for our pool install in the summer of 2020. I would recommend them to anyone I know. They did a great job, they were fast and efficient. I had my pool installed and concrete poured in 2 weeks. Our pool looks awesome and my kids have basically lived in it since they finished. I highly recommend!

Purchased a home in 2017 and have several cracks in fiberglass now. Found out from previous owner that pool put in my Catalina Pools in 1999. Called to have a service call set up and was immediately told it would not be under warranty bc I was a second owner (never asked about it being under warranty) and that she would put in a work order for the man they refer for service, which she said was most likely the same man than manufactured the pool, she also gave me his name Johnny Shavers and his cell phone number due to my pool leaking a lot of water in hopes he would make it a priority, per her words "leaks take priority".
I called and left him a voicemail that morning. After not hearing back I text him the next day with no response. After almost 2 weeks of panicking and worry that my pool was going to either cave in or pop out of the ground I called again right when they opened and the phone was answered and people were talking in the background however no one said hello and then I was hung up on.
I called right back thinking it was an accident and the same thing happened again. I called a third time and again, same thing.as if they had called ID and were avoiding me. I waited until around noon that day and placed a 4th call and had to leave a message and have yet to have a return phone call. It has been 2 months now. In the mean time, I reached out to Butler Pool & Spa and they were very informative and able to recommend a few names to call for estimates. Butler Pools also let me know they warranty their pools for the life of the pool despite change in ownership.
I have now had a couple of estimates and will be getting the repairs made within the next month. No Thanks to Catalina. I would not recommend ANYONE to Catalina Pools. Worst customer service ever!

We had our 6th pump motor going out so I called and texted with the maintenance person for 4 weeks. I called the owner and requested someone else replace our pump motor as it was under warranty. I was told the one and only maintenance person was out due to knee surgery. Knee surgery was never mentioned, I was led to believe he was on his way 3 different occasions but he didn't show, didn't call, didn't text. The owner assured me she would check and get back with me. After 2 weeks we still had not heard back. Called someone else and $620 later we have a working pool pump.
