We had our 18x33 oval pool installed in April 2021. They leveled out the ground and it was up the next day. We put the pool where we had some drainage issues (our fault) and then the liner had a leak. Joe was the utmost professional. He came out the same day I called him about the leak and left a sump pump to drain the pool and plans to replace the liner at no charge.

We agreed to let the ground dry out around before they did the work. After talking to a couple of engineers, we decided to move the pool to the opposite side of the yard. We felt this would be a better and DRYER place to put the pool. Once again - Joe came through. They were going to replace the liner anyway, so we scheduled another dig and his crew came out bright and early last Saturday to MOVE THE POOL. (We paid for the move FYI) They got everything set up, even moved the dirt to where the old pool was.

We started swimming this week! Joe and his employees are always professional and willing to go above and beyond to help us get our pool ready for summer. I am so glad we went with Smith pools instead of other above ground pool companies in the area. They are responsive to our questions and took care of us like family!

I am so happy that I called and spoke to Ricky about my pool. He was super nice and helpful. Sent Kenny out to check on my pump and all it needed was to be cleaned, he also helped me get the top off because I couldn't get it to budge. I had previously called Advantage Pools and the person they sent was although nice didn't seem to interested in what I needed. So I will be using Smith Pools for all of my future needs. Thanks guys

They replaced my sand filter last year. I'm now having problems with bubbles in the jets and the filter isn't doing what it should. They don't answer their phones and won't return my messages. Would have never used them if I'd known this was the kind of service they give.

BEWARE! I gave my credit card and they charged my 500.00 and my pool is back green. My grandkids haven't had the opportunity to swim. I met the guy once. He didn't explain how to keep from getting green. Just documented time spent at my house, which I don't believe. BEWARE! They argue with customers. I didn't buy my pool from Smith Pools, but wish I had. If I'd only known about them. I have a 14 year old Doughboy that has been and still is a good pool; but, the ongoing support I've received from Smith Pools has been invaluable. The guys on Airways are consistently polite and knowledgeable. They've been great to me. Thank you.

Great Pool place! Been meaning to write this review over a year ago, but these guys are awesome. Bought a great pool over a year ago had to have my pool pump replaced a year due to extremely cold weather, they came out a repaired it no problem. Thank you again Kyle, and all you guys hard work at both locations.

I purchased a pool last Spring! Great service! Joe has been nothing but helpful each time I call or go to the store in Memphis! I recommend them if you want to be treated like you are the only customer!

We have been with Smith's pool since 1999! They put our first pool in and replaced liner in 2008. They did a fantastic job then too. We recently put in whole new pool! Jeff was wonderful and so was crew! They did a wonderful job on a very hot day! We love it and them! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I bought my pool from Smith's 13 years ago and replaced the liner this year. Joe and his crew were AWESOME. Would recommend this company to everyone I know (which I already have done).
