Awful customer service, awful communication and follow through. Glad this happened before I signed a contract. we were going to hire this company over the other local pool companies out there and we scheduled a time for "Patrick" to come out and talk about our project. we scheduled a day and time and due to the crazy pool boom craze we obviously had to wait a couple of months for them to come out and discuss our project and have Patrick take measurements etc.
Our project is for a complete redo of our current pool and with an option to add a 10' x 10' sun deck with bubbler and a gas fire pit near corner of deck. I have provided Patrick with a survey of the property and we talked about replacing 100% of the pool equipment from the multiple pumps, filters, automation system and controls, salt system and heaters. Patrick informed me it would take him about two to three weeks to follow up with us to go over a contract and bid for the complete job. this was back in August 2021, I waited till September to first reach out to Patrick via email. my email went unanswered and so I tried again and it too went unanswered so I assumed I was sending emails the wrong address and decided to call the office.
I spoke to the receptionist and she took my name and number to provide to Patrick so he could phone me back and we still never heard from him or anyone from this business. we actually tried two more times over the course of two months each time speaking to the receptionist and explaining the situation and how we were starting to get concerned regarding their follow up and communication skills and we still got no response from Patrick or anyone from this company. we feel like we got lucky to not have signed a contract with this company based off their horrible communication and follow through. to think we were ready to sign a contract with them had they provided the bid to us. I would have hated to be doing business with a company that just does not care about customer service or communications with clients or potential clients.

Landmark installed my pool a few years ago and from start to finish Landmark had excellent communication. The finished product exceeded our expectations and I just recently had a few minor issues with my pool and they came out resolved the issues with no questions asked. A company with great craftsmanship and customer service is extremely hard to find anymore. I recommend Landmark to anyone looking to install a pool.

If possible to give zero stars, we would. As a 'preferred' pool company with our builder, we expected to receive an answer to our query for a pool quote. We would have accepted a "sorry we are too busy, " instead of them just not responding to phone calls or emails. We sent home layouts, descriptions of what we wanted, and even pulled some design ideas from the internet to describe the very basic rectangular pool we wanted with our new house.
On the initial email, they stated that they would be able to get some drawings and a quote to us. Two weeks later, we got the receptionist telling us that their salesperson "was so busy, but we will have him call you or we will call you later today with an update." The weekend passed, with no call from either of them. Our builder told us "they are turning quotes around in five days so you should be able to get something soon." Fast forward to the last day of April, we heard nothing from them since April 11.
We had such high hopes of working with this company as we had heard great reviews. Unfortunately, poor communication at the beginning left us frustrated and running to find another company (thankfully).

Landmark did a great job installing our pool. Our salesman, Steve, was patient and helpful in providing us options in our pool design and layout of the pavers etc. When he came to our house we knew that we wanted a pool.? He suggested different shapes, sizes and seating area and was very helpful when we chose our colors of tiles and pavers. I did not feel rushed to make a decision.
Everyone who worked on the pool were professional and respectful. I was confident in their abilities throughout the entire project. They truly are excellent craftsmen. The scheduler, Tammy, was a great communicator and made sure to give notice when work was to be done. They were here consistently from start to finish with minimal down time. After completion they provided "pool school" to ensure we were educated and comfortable maintaining the pool. We couldn't be happier with this team. If you are looking for a company with a good work ethic and quality work save yourself a lot of headaches and go with Landmark.

Was on waiting list for a few months to get initial appointment. Initial appointment was just ok. Honestly, no pool company we've spoken to seem excited to build us a unique pool. They are all overworked. After initial appointment, we were promised a design within a couple of weeks. 4 weeks went by - no communication from them. I emailed several times after 3 weeks - no response.
Finally after about 5 weeks, we received a sketch. Tried to communicate via emails several times. Crickets mostly. They are just too overworked and do not have enough staff to keep up with the demand. Many other pool companies have the same issue. Why upper management doesn't hire more people is beyond us especially if they know they can't keep up with the demand. Also, they don't offer anything other than a sketch drawing so you will not be able to visualize any designs. At this point, we can't find a pool company to build us a pool and offer communication and customer service. For something that is $$$$, we would expect more.

We had our pool installed last year by Landmark. If you have never had a pool put in before, be ready for ups and downs. Landmark has a crew of their own and also uses sub contractors for certain tasks. The Landmark crew was outstanding. professional, courteous and mostly on time. The subs were. well. not the same. As an industry professional myself, I know how subs can be.
The good part about this situation is that whenever there was an issue with a sub, a complaining neighbor or mother nature, they took care of it. If I complained about anything, they listened and they responded. If something broke, they fixed it. If something didn't look right, they made it look right. There is no perfect scenario when it comes to building; remember that. Pools take time and they look scary until complete. Once completed (In less than 3 months) we were, and are, very happy with the results.

Amazing company and craftsmanship From the Sales rep, Steve, to the front office, Donna, this company has far exceeded our expectations. Let's start with Steve. He listened to everything I wanted for an entertaining space and designed a beautiful outdoor area. Donna, the secretary extraordinaire, not only immediately responded to any question I had, but addressed it immediately.
I can't say enough about their communication and timeliness. My pool would have been completed in 11 weeks, as per their estimate, but had some roofing issues that held up my screen. They waited and immediately when it was done, scheduled my screen. The pool tech, Walt, was also a wonderful help. The subcontractors were also very efficient, cleaned up the area, and were timely. I have recommended Landmark to 4 perspective buyers and will continue to do so. Thank you for a project well done. We love our space!

Our pool project was finished 5-2018 and we are thrilled with the results! It is spectacular and they delivered on every commitment. I would highly recommend this company and gladly invite anyone to see the amazing job they did. Every person that worked on our pool was professional and very kind. Our sales rep, Pat Matthews, was outstanding. Tammi and Donna emailed us consistently with updates. 5 stars for Landmark Pools.
