Kevin Shipp of Grand Vista Pools was integrally involved and maintained excellent communication through the entire process from design to excavation through completion. He was our only contact and exceeded our expectations in every step of the process. Our swimming pool is beautiful and I would choose them to do it again!

When we recently decided to add a pool to our home, we chose Grand Vista Pools and couldn't be happier with the finished product. I was initially working with another pool contractor but was frustrated with the 9-11 month estimated time to complete the project. I contacted Grand Vista after being referred by my outdoor kitchen contractor and then learning of a coworker that had a pool installed by Kevin years earlier. Kevin explained his process to us clearly and thoroughly at our initial meeting and was adamant that the project would be completed in 8 weeks once started.

Although we were fairly set on our design by the time we started working with Grand Vista, Kevin made helpful suggestions throughout the process that were incorporated into our final design. The project got underway exactly when Kevin told us it would at the initial meeting and was delivered in 8 weeks as promised. Grand Vista handled everything from the demo of our existing cage and deck to the new travertine deck and screen cage installation. Kevin even referred us to a great landscaping company and irrigation and lighting company that we engaged to complete our backyard transformation. We love our new pool and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin and Grand Vista to anyone considering adding a pool to their home.

Kevin and his team did a great job on our pool. From our one of a kind custom design to the unique emerald Bay pebble tec color. He helped us get the natural oasis of a back yard we were looking for. It's been 10 years since we worked with Kevin on this project, and he is still super responsive and incredibly helpful. He is a man of his word and superior builder.

Our lagoon style pool specs Pool is 32 x 25 with a 4x8 sun shelf. Pool depth is 4ft to 10ft and 28,000 gallons The deck is 800 sqft of custom stone work with a step down entertainment and grill area. Super simple to maintain with the Jandy water purification and salt system. The pool cleans it self in an hour with the zodiac Polaris 360 pressure cleaner.

Grand Vista Pools is so far above average its simply amazing. They are the most professional pool company in the Florida area. My family LOVES our new pool and the quality of work is simply astounding. Kevin Shipp is one of the best project managers I have ever met and he and his team are super responsive in any form of communication you like including phone/email/text. If you are in the market for a high grade full pool renovation, there is no other pool company that can even come close to Grand Vista Pools.

We actually did a complete pool renovation to include, travertine, pool cage, pebbletec, new light in pool. also had mosaic dolphins with beach ball put in. We recommend Kevin 100%. Prior to hiring Kevin, we interviewed quite a few pool builders. The communication & schedule on pool renovation was outstanding. Any issues along the way, Kevin responded quickly & resolved any issue. All the workers involved in our renovation were kind, competent & thorough. I wrote this to Kevin, the owner, upon pool completion: Hey, Kevin, I just wanted to give a final shoutout to you and your amazing work crews, especially all the Johns! Your timeliness in functionally completing the project within 7 weeks as promised was absolutely amazing (we'll thank the perfect weather in that time for some of that also), as was the attention to detail, allowing us to fix or change whatever wasn't right and always being responsive to our sometimes annoying needs, even on evenings and weekends.

All of this, during the heart of the craziest times, made it even more impressive. Your tile crew was especially wonderful - they were all very kind, professional, clean, respectful, and their attention to detail was impressive. The screen enclosure crew put up a beautiful structure as well and we love the panoramic view of the water behind us. Lastly, John, your main crew guy, has done whatever it takes to get the project to final completion and been around on a near-daily basis and we very much appreciated him from day one.

Thank you for bringing our pool project to life and giving us many years of outdoor enjoyment. Buyer beware I have a small backyard and need an inexpensive pool and when Grand Vista pools called I was told quote-unquote they do high-end build only starting at $50,000 and up so unless you're willing to spend at least $50,000 don't even call this company for an inground pool build

Mr. Kevin has gone above and beyond on our expectations from the day we met. As many home owners who had multiple quotes, and designs from other pool companies. Kevin was able to incorporate and deliver uniqueness, functionality and timelines design besides the company work ethics and expectations. We talked to most employees and workers that were part of our pool building process and they had nothing but praise for Kevin and his work.

We were skeptical at the beginning on the time frame when the pool will be done because of the negative experiences from friends and neighbors. Hands down he delivered and not only finished the pool as planned but the craftsmanship, attention to detail, quality and the customer service is worth every penny in my opinion.
