Very happy with our weekly service and new salt cell install. Logan is always checking in when we adjust chemicals or treatments and genuinely cares about his customers and their enjoyment of their pool. Office staff are very pleasant and provide great customer service. I can send a text to Logan or the office and know that my request or question will be handled swiftly. We were happy to have found them as not many service fiberglass pools!

I signed up with Precision about 10 weeks ago for my brand new pool. They sent out a Supervisor"Bob" to meet with me and do my initial consultation. He was very nice and professional and went over more with me than the pool builder did. Bob set up my service and sent someone out everyday to handle the initial brushing until my pool was ready for regular weekly service.
My regular Pool Tech is Brandon and he is always nice and professional. He always takes time to talk with me and educates me on my pool and seems to genuinely like his job. He also cracks me up because he always apologizes for charging me for my chemicals. I've spoken with Heidi in the office and she is always polite and friendly and most importantly Precision always answers the phone. I'm impressed so far, everyone I've met seems like they are genuinely good people and no doubt they are giving me 5 star service!

Precision Pool Care is by far the best pool company in town. I have gone through using multiple pool companies and Precision is the most dependable and never disappoints. They also never fix something without it getting authorized. Highly recommend! Services: Water treatment, Wall brushing, Netting, Tile brushing

We were customers of Precision from July 2020 until March 2021. The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because their office and their employees are generally friendly and responsive. The problem is that many of their employees don't actually know what they are doing and therefore end up providing incorrect and/or conflicting information. In other words, one employee tells you something, and the next employee tells you something else.
It's a challenging industry in terms of turnover, etc., so some of these issues are understandable. However; the reason people hire a pool company is to take at least some of the hassle and frustration out of owning a pool. For MONTHS, our chlorine level was ZERO every single week. Despite numerous discussions with Precision personnel, nobody could ever seem to figure out why.
There were all kinds of theories/ideas/etc. tossed out there, but nothing ever worked. Finally, after several months, Precision recommended we install an inline chlorinator, which did ultimately solve the problem. However, the constant turnover meant that a new employee didn't even realize we had this equipment and therefore never recharged it, resulting in our chlorine levels going back down to zero.
The final straw came when yet another new Precision employee came for our bi-weekly maintenance visit. A couple hours later, the pool water level had dropped several inches. I walked over to our pool equipment to find water pouring out of the pump. I called the office and was told that our pump seal had likely failed due to "normal wear and tear." Hmmm. what a coincidence!
The office even admitted that the new employee had told them she had trouble getting our pump cover back on, despite no Precision employees ever having problems with it before. Despite this, we were told that we would have to pay for a new seal to be installed. Precision came out to install a new seal for $115 and, you guessed it, the leak persisted.
Then it was, "oh, the pump housing is leaking, you need a new pump which will cost around $1,000." I called another company which sent a tech out the same day and discovered that Precision had installed the seal incorrectly. A few minutes and $75 later, the leak was fixed and everything was functioning perfectly. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company despite the fact that they are generally nice people.
At the end of the day, I don't want to hire a friend, I want to hire someone who knows what they are doing and doesn't waste my money. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your pool maintenance needs.

Precision Pool did an excellent job of maintaining my pool. They were very detailed oriented. Their customer service, from the first time that I met with them, was second to none. By far the best pool company in my 11 years of owning a pool and working with others. I give them a 5 star rating. Services: Water treatment, Wall brushing, Tile brushing, Vacuuming

When we first moved into our home, 7 yrs ago, we needed a pool maintenance company. We began using a local company but, with several issues, they could get our pool under control. Shortly after, we switch to Precision Pool for maintenance and repair. We have had several issues in the past 6-7 years but we can always count on Precision Pool to address them promptly and solve the problems quickly.
All issues were due to unforeseen problems that could not have been avoided and not the fault of Precision Pool. Their maintenance crew is always on schedule and their tech crew is very knowledgeable. Also, the girls in the office are very pleasant and extremely helpful. If they are busy and cannot answer the phone, we always get a call back in a short period of time. We have been very happy with the service we receive from Precision Pool and would highly recommend them.

I was looking for a pool company for two years that would not just take my money and would say they were coming but not only didn't show up but would string me along over and over again. Precision didn't do that they came when they said they would they explained there rates and there process clearly. I have been very stratified and kevin the pool tech was great he walked us through everything. I will be using them as long as I have a inground pool. The best

My wife and I called Precision to give them another chance at regular service on our pool; however, were severely disappointed and reminded as to why we cancelled them last year after a year of good service. For this visit, we asked to have the pool & spa cleaned and chemicals balanced which seems like a fairly basic service appointment. However, the pool was not cleaned and the chemicals were clearly not done correctly.
We have a salt water pool and the salt was added without shutting down the salt cell. We are not pool experts however it clearly indicates in the Jandy(Salt Cell Manufacturer) manual that the salt cell and power pack must be shut down when salt is added. This was not done and when I asked if that was correct, I was informed it was- when clearly it is not.
This will be the last time we use this company as we are extremely disappointed that it took 3 visits to do what should have been 1 and that the basic function of adding salt to the pool was not done according to manufacturer manual. Waste of $150.

Absolutely horrendous service please stay away. They wouldn't tell us when they are coming to clean the pool and sometime they were here for less than 10 minutes. After a while they refused to come because our dog was barking inside too much. Moved on to a new company and our pool looks better in 3 days than 2 months of precision pool. They had us empty our pool halfway just to have us fill it back up and do nothing to it. They made us fill it up with our own water and kill our water bill! Stay away terrible service
