Your service has been exemplary and on a professional, knowledgeable, yet friendly level that far exceeds all other pool maintenance company's I have dealt with. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble to you and I am made to feel unique, never feeling that I am just one of many clients that you and your company have to deal with each day.

Charged card without providing service and had to basically beg them for reimbursement! Contacted All Florida Pool for a hot tub cleaning, they asked for a document to be filled out with information and payment option and said they would call back went they received the document. Filled it out and sent it, but they did not call back and a month and a half later they charged the card WITHOUT providing the service. Called them for a reimbursement and had to wait for managers on 3 different calls to verify the information over and over again before reimbursement being approved. Had to call them over 6 times in two weeks, being assured that the money was being returned but no email confirmation or money was being received.

On last call, they said they had tried to send the money but they no longer had the card on file so couldn't return it (yet I got no call asking for the card information). Gave them the information again and within 5 minutes got the email receipt from them and saw the money pending to return on my card. Hoping the transaction does not fail. In all the calls I made they did not ONCE apologize for charging the card without providing a service.

Two stars instead of one because they did in fact reimburse the money (or at least it's pending) and because the call operators were nice (even if they didn't apologize) and tried their best to help and resolve the issue.

Critical: Professionalism If you are seeking a reliable pool service company, keep looking. All Florida Pool and Spa does not show up and when you call you are placed on hold for 30+ minutes and the response is a rude "you are scheduled." One of the worst services I've ever used. They don't come every week and even when they do, the pool is green in 3 days. We didn't even make it a month before requesting cancellation. Most recently, we spoke with them 3x throughout the week and they still decided to skip our house for the week. I called Friday and was promised service by 5:30pm as someone was in the area. Nobody showed up and when I called Saturday (today), I was told someone would come on Monday. Cancelled on the spot.

This is my first time ever writing a review of any company good or bad. But my experience with this company has been the worst and I do not want other people to go through the the same. I hired the one located in ft lauderdale. They went to service my pool the first week and left it dirty, I told them I had a dog and they needed to let me know in advance the day they were going but they just showed and let gate open and dog ran away. Called the company for 2 weeks since did just didn't now show the following weeks and all they say is they'll make a case and someone will contact me.

Third week same issue, no one went. This was going on for a whole month, they gave me the manager number and does not follow up either. Finally I called the office and cancelled the service and texted the manager to let him know as well and 2 weeks later someone just shows in my house to service the pool again. I call the office no answer. Text the manager no answer.

Contracted All Florida Pools to maintain my salt water pool approximately a year ago. I have not been able to regularly enjoy my pool since they took over maintenance. The technician advised he couldn't maintain the pool because it had "too much vegetation around it". The company insist on direct deposit payment and now I see why. They automatically deduct $134/month and are supposed to maintenance the pool once per week.

I'm lucky if they come once a month. Since I am rarely at the property they have taken advantage of my absence. When I call to investigate what's the matter (Why is the pool green) I get a receptionist who advises a manager will call me back. Still waiting on that callback.

Worst pool company in ever had. They took over my account from Mike O'Brien. I had them for 3 years and nothing but headaches. They wouldn't show up every week and had to call them. Constantly changing pool techs which I feel were never really trained properly. My last straw with them was this March 2022. I was out of town for 3 weeks and I believe they might have showed up the first week because my daughter was at the house 1 week after I left and said pool looked good.

When I arrived home my pool was green as the grass (see pictures). They told me they were out on March 26. I arrived home on March 28 and the attached pictures were what my pool looked like. It would not look like that if they had properly taken care of the pool 2 days before I came home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want major headaches.

Every Friday they do my pool, last visit it was getting green. I spoke to my technician, a (nice guy) & since than I was calling 5 times because the water are Terrible, I told the customer service lady & told her that I have out of state guests & that I would like the service manager & the owner to call me.unfortunately no one did & I was getting complaints from the lady not to call & that the manager/Owner will call me.

It's 6 days since my last failed service & no one ever called. This is my 3 rd incident & no one is taking responsibility. The one before I was out of town, I came back the pool was 90% empty & water were splashing through the filler valve. They promised to compensate for the loss of water & heat but they simply wait for you to give up. Another complain about the water color & the same attitude again & again. My neighbor just left them a year ago, I regret I stayed with them.

They promise to come once a week and they skip some weeks. The manager is never at work. The receptionist are always apologizing and being nice that's why I gave them 2 stars. Find a better company to take care of your pool.

Would not recommend this company! I received a quote from them with a proposed contract stating their services could not be completed without my signed consent. I responded to the quote within 24 hours clearly stating I was not interested in receiving any services, went with another company instead to have my pool filter replaced. They still went ahead and had one of their technicians come out to my property without my consent, and replaced my pool filter ( that was already replaced days prior).

Now billing me for services I did not authorize, nor sign consent for. They have prior complaints on BBB for completing services without consent and then billing customer after. They are unethical and contradictory to their own contracts. Manager actually told me on the phone he does not need my consent to replace a filter on my property.

I never had a problem with the actual pool treatment, however, getting someone to come consistently is a problem. At first it was Tuesday, then it swapped to Mondays. When I tried calling them to try to switch days I was met with rude customer service saying that "we've always had it like this in our system so whatever deal you made with the technician is between you and him".

Absolutely crazy and rude! When I called to cancel the account I was assured Thursday would be my new day and was given a free week. They came on Monday and Wednesday. When I called to cancel after this they told me that they scheduled it that way as an attempt to save the contract. There's no communication Within that business and if you have an issue it will not get resolved.

See picture. Horrible green pool. Need I say more. Happened twice. While I was paying them for weekly service that they didn't perform. Reached out to the owner with zero response from him. Got the slick salesman instead. After they finally agreed to credit me, they didn't even give me the credit we agreed to, but a lesser amount. I wouldn't have even written this review if they had just credited me as agreed, but they chose to short me. Says a lot about this business. I DO NOT recommend.

Not happy. SPoke on the phone and to the tech. about lines in my pool. Still happening. We have observed the service tech talking on his phone while cleaning the pool, this implies that he is not focusing on his job. We only see him once or maybe twice a month. I am being charged $120 per month and don't feel that the pool is getting cleaned like it should be. I have found another company that will come EVERY week for 10 less and I am planning on using them in January. Not happy with All Florida Pool!

DO NOT PURCHASE A HOT TUB from this company. They will brag & promise they have the best repair service in the industry, until you actually need service. When you finally get someone on the phone from the Service Dep't, they are extremely rude & unhelpful. For over a week, we've been trying to get someone to come out & service our Sundance Hot Tub.

They promise & promise someone will contact us, but have yet to comply with their promise. This treatment is UNACCEPTABLE for a customer that spent good money on a hot tub from them.

Dino is far and away the best representative we have had clean our pool. He is detailed and extremely pleasant. We had some issues with companies not fully cleaning the pool or all the elements needed, but Dino has gone above and beyond for us and we appreciate that! All Florida Pools is an amazing pool service business. They offer everything a pool owner needs. Their staff is courteous, responsive and helpful. They ALWAYS answer the phone and all issues are resolved promptly. My pool is being kept spotless by awesome pool technician David. Could not be happier

Dino is very professional and passionate about providing the service. Notwithstanding the little help he gets from the company, he really cares about providing a good and complete pool cleaning service. All Florida Pool is lucky he has been recently assigned to my house, because I was about to terminate the service. Services: Filter cleaning, Water treatment

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness This is my pool it is Green despite the fact I get weekly pool service from all florida pool and spa. They are doing a horrible job. Some weeks they do not even show and when they are here they spend maybe 10 minutes. I would not recommend at all. I will be searching for new pool service. This is the WORST pool service and the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! I don't ever leave reviews and I have HAD IT WITH THESE PEOPLE! I have called numerous times, my pool is GREEN and every time I call someone tells me they can't reach their service manager and someone will call me back and NO CALLS BACK OR FOLLOW UPS! I have literally called every single day and they say the SAME EXACT thing - someone will call you back - AND NO ONE EVER DOES! Steer clear of these people!

They charge more than other pool cleaning companies are worse than anything I have experienced. BE WARNED! The reviews here are likely left by their own staff or friends and family.

Everyone I have dealt with at Mike O'Brien's from George, Aaron, David, Diane and Michelle has been excellent. They do what they say they will do and in the time frame they commit to. We are very pleased and gratified with their professionalism, kindness, and service. Would highly recommend them. Thank you.
