Azul Pool & Spa Services

This "company" collects your money, put a bulk into their pocket and subcontracts the work to the cheapest person who is willing to do the work. The result is - you end up with a worst looking pool. This is what happened to me. Azul pools has no control of the subcontractor and they do not honor their so called "warranty". They did not respond to my e-mails or phone calls after they collected the payment from me. Stay away from this place.

Don't use this company for remodeling. Their business model is collect your money and subcontract the work to another company that they do not have any control. That is what happened to me. Their 10 year warranty is false. I did report to BBB. My pool looked better before the remodel than after. The job that was done was horrible. The owner Scott will talk very nicely before he takes your money after that he will not be seen.

They never honor the 10 year warranty. In response to your comment: You say here "We would like to talk to you and investigate the issue". Please go through your emails ( I can post those here for the other viewers) and the numerous phone calls I gave you to resolve this issue. You never acted on it. You are just trying to do some damage control here by just posting a comment to show people that you care about your clients. The truth is after you collect your money - you are gone,

Critical: Responsiveness I don't how they have almost 5 stars. Called them twice and left them two VM and no one called me back. Good luck using them.

Amazing pool service company! They keep my pool looking sparkling clean weekly, no matter what comes up. Affordable service and the ability to help when things get green (if you have a pool in AZ you know this is bound to happen) plus they pay attention to levels on a regular basis to prevent issues as much as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Recommend NOT doing business with this company. Had cool deck around pool and on patio completely replaced by them. Ten months later noticed patches where cool deck was delaminating from concrete. Company rep came by and agreed it needed to be repaired and was still under warranty. Days, weeks, months went by with no contact. Many calls, no one ever answers, leave messages never to hear back.

Wife even tried to contact owner, but got same results, too irresponsible to even call back. Don't repeat my mistake, I wish someone would have warned me. Too bad they don't have minus stars! UPDATE: Discovered that the person scheduled to perform the repairs on my cool deck had been having medical issues that prevented physical activities for a period of time.

As of today the repairs have been completed and I want to thank Julio and crew for taking care of it. Also hoping that Julio gets the medical attention he requires to get healthy.

I called to get a quote on pool service. They offered a fair price. Although they were not able to service my area, the representative was very nice and she was quick in getting back to me.

Scott, Zoila and the entire Azul Pool & Spa team are awesome! They are extremely reliable, knowledgeable, helpful and fairly priced as well. We can't say enough great things about the Azul team and their work! We would be lost without Azul! Thank you for the great service!

Staff always friendly and very honest. They take care the pool very well and showed us how to take care of pool. Great service! Highly recommended.

I just needed some general maintenance done on my pool and they were very courteous and professional. Prices seemed like they were on par with other places I called. Overall I would recommend them and had a good experience.

Completely unprofessional. Had a repair done that lasted 3 days. They were nice enough to quote a larger fix at no charge but when it came time to install it they no-showed on me twice in one week. Phone calls and emails went unanswered. I can't believe they run their business that way, but I would be very cautious about giving them your money.

I've been using Azul Pool & Spa Services for the last couple of years. I have them do my weekly pool service and they handle my pool repairs. I've found them to be courteous and professional. I've recommended them to several of my neighbors and friends as well. Great service and reasonable prices.
