We recently moved into a new house and we never had a pool to take care of ourselves until now! We went through 2-3 other pool companies and they were all uneducated or didn't take care of our pool upkeep properly. Until Tahitian! They have been doing an AWESOME job with our weekly maintenance of cleaning, balancing the chemicals and all of the above! I can't say better things about this company! We have been more than pleased with all of their services!

Non-existent customer service. Pool started turning green right after service - I called them to have tech come back out and check it. Never got a call back. When I called to inquire, they acted like it was not their problem. When I called and cancelled service, they were not the least bit concerned that they just lost a customer. The lady on the phone said she did all she could - but in truth she did nothing.

Tahitian did a fantastic job on our pool. Their subcontractors were professional and did their jobs in a timely fashion. Others who had had a pool built gave us a lot of things to watch out for but none of them was an issue with Tahitian. I think this is because from the time your pool is started, you're dealing with the owner of the company. He will give you his cell phone number and you can talk to him any time. Great service!

We had our pool installed by Tahitian a few years ago and are very happy with the company and quality of the workmanship. The owner is very attentive and made sure we were happy throughout the process. We also use Tahitian for yearly routine maintenance and have been very happy with that service as well. I would recommend Tahitian Pools to anyone who is looking for an honest and accountable company that delivers a well made product and stands behind everything thing they do.

I am sorely disappointed with the handling of my family's agreement. This company, Tahitian Pools Inc., failed to hold up their end of the agreement with my family. I would advise you to find an organized, ethical and trustworthy company to meet your needs. In addition, I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
