Contacted numerous times via their website on various issues regarding the Castle Sports swimming pool at Spalding. For whatever reason, they don't feel it's necessary to reply, nor address my concerns. Management of this particular pool is abysmal. Staff have left due to poor management and conditions. I haven't even got started on the state of the pool.
Before it was taken over, at least the staff knew how to look after the water condition. @Parkwood - if you can contact me please that'd be much appreciated - then I might consider withdrawing the review.

Requested a refund of membership on 23rd June this year. Refund was authorised but I have been given the runaround ever since and STILL haven't received my refund despite many assurances. Shameful customer service from Legacy/Parkwood Leisure. It is impossible to contact them by phone at head office. Considering the small claims court as a final resort otherwise I doubt I will ever get my money back.
